I don’t like the app change
They don’t even schedule the right times on the app and it doesn’t show how many hours you worked in the day the app is not helpful.I hate the new change

This app was working the first week I tried it the second week needed to update and I did n now every time I try to clock in I found out I need to delete it and re download it for me to clock in and out..so sad please fix thisCaregiver 23

I keep getting emails saying that I need to update the app when it’s already updated. This app is so buggy and doesn’t show up any schedules. Please fix this app.Alexis :,))
Clocking Errors
This System is the WORST!! It’s always having issues. I can never clock in and out correctly… Doesn’t show all the detailed information as it should. We try to review something it crashes.1Care Bear
Frustrated
After the couple of updates the app finally was beginning to work but now after this last update I logged in and all the scheduled visits were gone and the members were gone as well. So I deleted the app and reinstalled again, the visits came back and the members as well. Then after a couple of hours I logged back in just to make sure it was still working and nope, the visits and members were gone again. So now I’m having to delete and reinstall the app just so I can clock in and out which is beyond frustrating….Show lesslaura🐝

I have installed and uninstalled this app time after time and it still want open. This the second week and it still don’t work. The company should have stayed with there prior service.doodle puzxle
App is broken
The app or my company’s switch over to the app or both is badly broken. I am too exhausted trying to figure out how to make it work in some half-baked fashion or another to go over all the issues, but basically nothing works rightj0hn0ah81
Worst app ever!!!
I can’t even register 3 activation codes and each one is in valid. I am entering my correct information but it is saying my personal information is incorrect.josho67
