Hate the arrangement that I have to download the app to see my position in the waitlist. Worst yet, have to register for the app. Very bad design. Make a webpage URL available to see the waitlist position and you will have better app rating.Dshenthor

Not able to view my place in line
Okay so the app had constantly been in a “fail” state, despite me having perfect internet connection. Wasn’t able to view my place at a restaurant in line. Was forced to wait and stand outside. Useless and hope restaurants would move away from this app.幻觉死了

Doesn’t support web. Doesn’t support app clip as well. No excuse on providing better user experience, this is not with consent at all, and the whole extra process of signing up, filling in my info in the app has nothing to do with a good UX.ElectromagneticW
