App is Useless
Purchased the product and downloaded the app. Unless I’m within 2 feet of the cleaner the app will not recognize it continually disconnects me from it, and I can’t get to the point of changing out of the default setting. cleaner itself seems to be working, however whatever software engineer they used to create this app obviously never got out of community college.Show lessCorpcomp

The robot cleans well, but the app is a pain.

poor grammar and odd behaviors
The English grammar is not great. And it would make a lot more sense if there were descriptions and explanations for each setting option for each device. Also, there are some weird behaviors when sometimes I press buttons for example recently, I updated one of the devices and the confirmation screen was kind of odd and, gave me an option to commence the update again before it stayed at 100% which made no sense.
