  • Love it!

    I’ve been using this app since it came out! It was buggy at first but runs a lot smoother now. I love that there are meal ideas alongside the workouts, but I would love to have more! I finished advanced 1 and 2, so now there’s not anything new to use at the moment. I love the rep history, but it would also be great to see your rep history from previous workouts while you’re in the workout, not just before you start. Also, the first guide typically had notes on form and how light or heavy your weights should be, etc., didn’t see much of that in advanced 2.0. Overall, it’s a good app for beginners or more advanced lifters. Can’t wait to see future updates!

  • Such an amazing app with even more potential!

    I went to preface this review by saying this app has completely changed my relationship with the Gym. I’m not nervous to go anymore, my workouts are so successful, and I see differences physically and mentally. the structure of the app makes it so easy to go into the gym as a beginner and learn.

    The few critiques I do have are all very small, and don’t impact my success overall at the gym. there are a few times where I accidentally close out the app as a whole and lose my timed progress on the out that I’m on. I would love to see a pause workout, continue workout, and complete workout option. this way we would not have to re-open the app and start the timer and workout over again and buzz through to where we were at in the workout.

    Also, I love the food tracker. It is very helpful to see my portions, what I’m eating, and what foods I can eat to get my daily protein intake. My only critique for this is that I would love to see individual ingredient items. An option for two hard boiled eggs, avocado alone, a single grilled chicken breast, etc. It would make it a lot easier to be as accurate as possible on the food tracking portion.

    I love this all and Leana and what she stands for, and truthfully will continue to use the app for as long as i can.

  • Needs improvement & more workouts/ recipes

    The app hasn’t had anything new added in a really long time(workouts or recipes). The app also doesn’t help you as the user understand how to properly do a calorie deficit or let you know on whether or not your eating the right types of meals. For example you can add all sorts of recipes into your meal list and it will only tell you how many calories, carbs, fat & protein did you consume in a day. I feel like the app should be a bit more personalized with the user in order for them to see more results and to understand what they can eat. When working out the app glitches and freezes to the point where you need to close the app but when you reopen the app all the reps & sets that you have inputted before the app freezing has been erased.

  • Hands down best fitness app!

    I started follow Leana 2 years ago and was always inspired by the way she pushes herself and shares all of her positive habits with her followers instead of sharing the unrealistic side of fitness. I was so excited when she announced this app and didnt hesitate to pay for the subscription… you shouldnt either! I use it at the gym everyday, it helps me keep track of weight progression, reps, and even has many different split routine/ workouts (with videos of Leana doing the movement!). Ive also had the chance to work in some of the recipes she has shared with us😅 I give the app a 10/10, and I truly recommend it to anyone looking to clock in🤍

  • Love the app!

    This app is perfect for anyone who goes to the gym!! Leana’s workout plans are amazing and include new exercises that I had never tried before. Her recipies are delicious and there something for everyone! I loved that there was new workouts and recipes for Ramadan as well:)

    Love this workout app. I think it’s great that I’m able to track macros on it, as well as follow workout guides (weekly, or just specific targets) Leana has an amazing guide, by far my favourite🩷

  • Great value and affordable

    I’ve been using Leana’s app since I was an undergrad student and I’m still going strong. Not only is it affordable but you basically get a trainer and a nutritionist in one. A very informative and detailed guide, suitable for those new to gym like myself. 10/10.
  • Great for busy moms!

    Calling all busy mother this is the app for for if you’re trying to get healthy or fitter!

    Pros:

    -User-Friendly
    • App is well organized
    -Effective workouts on a time crunch with minimal equipment
    • Gym or home gym options
    - Recipes are simple & easy
    • Who doesn’t like Middle Eastern food, am I right?

    Cons:

    - I’d like to see more programs added to app. There’s a decent amount, but I want to see more programs added so, that eventually down the line I won’t have to repeat any programs. But still the programs are effective & great!

    - Maybe a community to tab to talk to other users for inspiration, advice, etc.

    Overall:

    I’d download this app! Thanks Leana! Salam! ❤️

  • App Needs More Work

    I honestly was hoping for more from this app. I love Leana & wanted to give it a go. This app is not very user friendly. This app doesn’t save your previous lifts & you do not see it on the screen prior to your next workout. Every gym is different so the supersets are kind of difficult if I need to go all the way across my gym to do the exercise, some of the substitutes don’t make sense. The food options are very limited & there are no tabs to filter through, I’m a vegetarian but there were not much options as far as food choices. After I finish this 16 week program I won’t be doing anymore workouts. They don’t have many options for workouts either, I thought this would be a personalized training programs for individuals but it’s generalized.

  • Getting back into Fitness!

    Love this app! It has made the transition to working out much easier. I love that there is a warm up but I think if there was cool down options that would be greatly appreciated as I know the importance of stretching. As well as possible alternative exercises if your gym doesn’t offer specific equipment / or an injury that prevents you from doing an exercise.
