    Hi Leana, I want to start off by saying that your app and the structure of it makes it easy to follow along and to be consistent. I would add that it would be helpful if there was a feature with a calendar where you can see the photos you take at the end of each work out. It would also be interesting to see more workouts on the app. Maybe even adding your playlist to each of the work outs if someone wants to listen to what you would listen to during that workout.

  • Awesome plans!

    I feel like Leana is my workout partner whenever I follow her workouts on the app! Love the detailed workouts, and the way you can switch workouts you may not find easy at first!

    I love that how this app have the option to count your calories and reps . Best thing about this app is that they have lots of home workouts . But i hope they add more veggie options in the meal .
  • Just what I needed

    This is exactly what I needed to get into my fitness journey. I love the different options available . I’m currently doing the lift 2.0 which has been kept me going because I’m excited to see the end results. I take pictures on the app after the workout and wonder where they’re stored? Do I get to see them when I’m done with the 16 weeks challenge? As someone whose new to working out and still trying to figure things out, I wish there were notes or videos to clarify the number of reps when doing individual sides of the body. I try to do more than I think in case I’m doing the wrong amount. Other than that I love what I’m seeing so far.

    This app is completely amazing for your fitness journey. Everything is well explained and the design is pretty good. Leana is a very inspiring person and you can see that reflected on the app. Very good workouts and very good app.
  • Accountability + a great app 🌱🤍

    Through an app like this, accompanied by patience and consistency, builds the perfect foundation for holding myself accountable. Having everything in once place & being able to see exactly how to do the exercise has been a huge help in my journey, especially because I’m a visual learner! All I have to say is thank you for pouring your heart into this app & helping all of us that need that extra bit of support every time we hit the gym! It’s like a personal gym buddy always helping! I know the app can only get better from here InshaAllah!

  • Extremely user friendly!

    I personally think this app is really user friendly! I love the fact that it has home-workout options as going to the gym is not always something I can fit into my schedule. Also, for what it is, it’s pretty affordable. I have tried a handful of fitness apps and I can confidently say this a top contender. Helps me stay on track and disciplined. I do think there should be a place for people to connect on the app (maybe even anonymously) and be able to ask questions as well as just learn from each other. Maybe like a separate tab at the bottom? Overall, great app, has helped me a lot!

  • Wonderful app but could use some fixes

    I downloaded this app because I felt very disorganized in the gym and was looking for a new routine. The workouts are very good, and I feel extremely sore after I finish, however, the app itself has some bugs that could use refinement. To start I do like how you can input how much weight you’re using on each workout however, that same weight tends to carry to the next work out and you have to delete it and add your new weight. Also, I wish you were able to move the exercises around in a different order because sometimes in a public gym you are not able to do it in the order it says, and that leaves you stuck waiting for a machine or just skip the exercise so you can get to the next one. One other thing I wish I could be different is that you were able to change the exercise after you start the workout. This can be helpful because sometimes machines can be taken up and you want an alternative exercise. Overall the app is really good though and Leana’s workouts are amazing and I would highly recommend!

  • BEST OF THE BEST!

    Leana really took her time to create the best fitness app on the market. This app is beginner friendly, easy to navigate through, and has lots of workout guides ranging from 4 to 16 weeks. In her Pain & Sweat Challenge earlier this year, she challenged her users to complete a vigorous 4 week workout training guide to encourage consistency and creating discipline inside & outside of the gym. She also joined in in completing the challenge!
    Leana has also created beginner and advanced workout guides designed to push your body to its absolute limit! If you have a busy work/life schedule, she has also created challenging at home workout routines to keep you in shape!
    She genuinely takes suggestions into consideration when improving her app.
