  • The old app worked at least!

I have been badgered to download the new Boost Mobile app and have had to uninstall and delete all data a number of times with the same error constantly. I run through the 2fa and get a green ‘authenticated’ followed by the switch to the orange loading screen. A second or two of that and up comes the login screen again. Try again and it loops back, despite authenticating. I believe this is what is known as “ensh1tification” of a previously successful product through an ‘upgrade’ that does not serve the client as well as the original product did, but you are stuck with it because you have bought the product. Very disappointed.

  • Horrible don’t don’t use this company

I would give a negative if available. Consistent problems with network dropping telephone calls the brand new iPhone 15. Pro is the slowest phone I have ever used. I’ve spent days in Apple for them to have to do testing testing and then end up having to factory reset. Still not resolved, Several days of contacting network support they’re just telling me that they’ll investigate the problem but they’d be happy to put a work request ticket in for me and that they’re sorry however, in the meantime, I do not have service. It is constantly buffering and they tell me that they’re unsure of how soon the ticket could be resolved. On a telephone call waiting at Social Security for 55 minutes for it to drop the call also when I am in the middle of navigating in maps it just drops the Internet so I am completely lost and it takes anywhere from three to 5 minutes to stop buffering so that I have to pull over so that I know where I’m at. Totally unacceptable. I have not had the service for more than four months and a brand new telephone and they still cannot resolve anything. I think it’s a scam because I’m still under warranty and yet it’s been seven days that I’ve been holding for them to decide what they’re going to do they’re just whittling down the warranty time.

  • Bad service and like scammers tactics

First of all, let me say that the service works well in New York, but I didn’t get the same performance in other states. I had constant internet issues. Additionally, if you get a plan that includes a phone and you don’t upgrade every year, the phone becomes yours after 36 months with a payment of $60-70. However, if you add the phone to a $25 plan, the monthly payment amounts to $55. In this case, the only advantage seems to be upgrading every year, but if you request a new model, your 36-month payment period will restart from scratch. So, it may seem profitable, but since the website doesn’t provide enough information, you may not fully understand your rights. You have the option to return the phone within 30 days, but this is from the start date of the plan. So, if you exchange the 15th for the 16th, you won’t have this right.

  • It’s ok

Service is ok. My service uses the ATT network in my area. I have the IPhone and the IPhone plan. The biggest con is the data. It’s meh. Some days it’s fast other days it’s meh. The App is also a big flop. Ounce you reach 30 g of data it never resets in the app. It is always there. The app for data tracking is not up to par for any carrier. I’ve submitted tickets since April to get fixed but nothing. So track your data with your phone. It’s easy with iPhone just reset you data counting. I get text messages 2 days after my new service month starts saying buy more data you reach 30 g and you look at the phone and you used 1.8g.

Never had a dropped call, and I get service inside my house which with other carriers I couldn’t. So it’s not perfect, has it’s frustrations but I am sticking with it for the time being. Dish Network fix your app.
For those that don’t know Dish Network owns Boost and Boost infinate.

  • Support local dish and fiber link options!

To put it simply COD multiplayer has been unmatched on any other provider. I’m basically using my device as a jumper/hotspot to ramp up downloading and upload speeds. Unfortunately I’m limited to Wi-Fi on other carrier because of contract stipulations, but that is why I’m writing this review.

#1-if I’m paying for the service, I shouldn’t have to fallow it’s dictates in order to achieve maximum performance.
#2-remote management makes a world of difference when it comes to device and network security.
#3-imagining the gaming community with equal opportunity access.

  • Blown away

This company has really surprised me with the service they deliver. I was DEFINITELY expecting the worst of all, no lie. I’ve been with boost infinite for about 3 weeks & the service has been quite exceptional so far.

Great quality calls, amazing internet speed & the most up to date phones with prices that are a STEAL (which includes a yearly option to update when newer versions release.) You really have to try this company it to believe it.

  • NOT BAD!!!

Hey listen we all got confused by the name of company however, Very good service thus far! Device is nice! I just wish you guys would offer a plan that has hotspots for the device personal hotspots are needed for gamers, and children with iPads and switches for these family outings!!! Why not offer a package that allows unlimited hotspot data but lower cell data for the line. Example, unlimited talk and Text with 5 gb of 5g data and unlimited Hotspots data at 5G 50 to 60 dollars per month. I may be reaching but you can’t keep what you have in life unless you give it away!

  • Errors, errors, and errors + worst customer support

I have been trying to process a payment for 3 days and all i get is a error after a error and when i contact the support they told me to use different payment options which I already did use 3 US banks payment methods + paypal and nothing work. When I reached put to the support again they told that they can’t do anything without mentioning any farther details. And I'm willing to show a screenshot of the email I received and I'm still stuck with the issue. I’m switching to a different provider after less than 3 months of signing up. Without a doubt the worst service I have ever experienced

  • Great service until…

I am really enjoying Boost infinite. I love my phone and the service is amazing, but only until you hit 30gb of data and then it basically becomes like sloth speed. It is supposed to be unlimited!! It shouldn’t be such a significant drop once 30gb has been reached. I switched my service from Cricket and they also had unlimited data with slower service once 30gb was reached, but it was incredibly faster. My phones takes minutes just to load a page. I want to give 5 stars but for this reason, I will give 3.
