Limited and clunky
I think the idea and the product are excellent, but I have four companies, and I would like to register all four cards on one profile (log-in).
This means I would like to administrate all four cards with four companies under one main login.
That seems impossible, so I need to create four separate profiles and logins.
I do not know the reason for this limitation, but I think it should not be a technical issue.

good concept but clunky
Nice Idea, bit clunky - biggest annoyance is verification process every time they update the app….just let people stay logged in. Was a freebee not sure I would pay for it.

First up I have to say their customer service is fabulous. Quick to respond, proactive, easy to talk to. Special thanks to Jack Waldron, Business Development Manager.
Second, it looks pretty easy to use. It also looks great - both the digital card and the one I received in the mail. It’s great to have the back up.
