Every time I hit “shop online” in the menu it redirects me to the app I use to manage my doctors appointments…Very Disappointing
This app doesn’t work.
Can’t add postal code, only accepts zip codes, can’t access store locator, can’t access online shopping, and web site is not much better as I am not able to change my preferred store to a Canadian store. I live in Ontario, why is it telling me that my preferred store is in Texas, and there’s no way to change it.
I just want to shop online in the CANADIAN stores.

Take your online store and put it into an app. Have the app register punches, deals coupons and discounts.
Promote the app within the store, put QR codes up in locations so people can see what you sell online as well and to see rewards
From my understanding as a buyer, you don’t have the best team creating and running this app and from that you are missing a large amount of money. Places like Ulta make over $150 million from in app purchases yearly. (Ulta has a great app, that promotes deals, coupons, upcoming sales and points)
Looking at other popular brands and there apps you can get a good feel on what would be popular for yours. But the current state is very underwhelming and no one is interested or happy with the outcome.

I bought a chest binder $45 online then when it came it was too small so I set up a return to get a larger size I can’t find my tracking number through fedex which they need now I’m out $45Punches Gone
Cashier took my punch card and said they transferred to my account and that I would have to download the app to use them. I did so and created an account using the same phone number I gave them in the store and there’s nothing. Bought three shirts the other day and had an old punchcard with three punches so I should have a free shirt and and two to go till another one, lost all my old punches somehow and didn’t record my new purchases. Talked to the store and they said there’s nothing they can do, just a joke of a system and a total scam to customers. Been going to Spencer’s for years now due to the punch card program, now that I know their new system is really a scam I don’t see me coming back.Show lessDeveloper Response

The app works as intended. I had the sign in error another reviewer had, which was a simple solution: redownload the app to clear the cache, then simply click forgot password and ‘reset’ it to the password you wanted to begin with. (Yes, the code doesnt work on sign up, but password reset is fine for who knows what reason.)
Tl;dr Small error that only affects sign-ups on the app, the rest of the app is simple and very straightforward to use.Show lessUhhhhhh

Can’t verify my account with SMS, it sends the code, I put the code in, then tells me my username and password are incorrect despite being in registration flowApp doesn’t work at all
