What is the point of this app? Like seriously… Every time I click shop online, it opens my OctaApp. Then when I got it on my other phone it just went to the website. What is the point in having the app if it just takes u to the internet. What a waste of time. Would have did 0 stars if I couldKeisha Lockhart
Can’t create a Password
I go to create an account. I get to the password section and when I put in a password that matches all of the criteria required, it still will not let me create the account because it says I don’t meet the criteria.WillJC_

So when I click on the menu and click “shop online” it opens my AAA Towing app. No joke. Other than keeping track of my t-shirt punch card, that’s all the app seems to do. Very confused.xsnow_greggx
Can’t log in
My password I set isn’t working and I have tried resetting it a million times in different places at different times but it always gives me an error message. The app is completely unusable.kaitlyn_y

The app was pointless. For some reason, it wanted me to grant it access to my Social Security wage reporting app, so I deleted it.Nya =^.^=
Useless other than to see your punches
While I appreciate Spencer’s trying to make it easier on the consumer by making the punches online, the app is just otherwise totally useless. If you want something from Spencer’s, just go in person or through the website. You won’t find what you’re looking for here.T w i z z y
