Rewards expire now?
I’m super picky about what jewelry I buy from Spencer’s because although a lot of it is cute, a lot of the pieces don’t fit my style. So in turn I have saved my punch cards for long periods of time until I saw something I actually wanted. Now I have an expiration date?? If you’re going to change your points system that has remained the same for years. At least keep it consistent and don’t take away the freedom of choice as to when your customers want to use their rewards. Especially after they are spending money on your business to earn said rewards.Show lesscicirene1320

i was super excited to see that spencers got an app, until i got it and signed up. its super pointless. you cannot online shop like i thought, and its just a waste of time and space.g***y p****r
Why make an app for this?
You can’t even shop on the app, it’s literally mostly a single screen with your profile, and then another screen with rewards, makes you go to the website to shop. Useless app and a waste of space.squidwardsThickButthole

App doesnt work
The app does not work. Tried 5 times to make an account but the loading screen just keeps spinning & spinning. The store told me I can’t use my paper cards anymore for punches but the app doesn’t work so I guess I just won’t shop here 🤷🏻♀️. Fix the app.madigabrielle

With this app you can keep track of rewards which is great. Hopefully we will get an app based store that takes Apple Pay in the app. I’m noticing a bug where the links in t the drop down menu don’t work when tapped if you go somewhere besides the home tab first.MrPeterIt

UPDATE 2 PROBLEMS

I mean maybe on the actual website, but the app, it doesn’t work. Pointless. I tried contacting support it erased my message and I don’t feel like contacting them again. No agents available either. I understand it’s a new app but can this bug be fixed already please?
UPDATE: It’s useless. I’m logged in now you can’t shop or anything. Just get hot topics app. You can only show your QR code and shows your punch cards. It’s legit pointless. When you click on store locator or site, it doesn’t link to it. Whoever made this app did awful. If you have an app you should really link your own store to it. Deleting.Show lesskatieomg
