  • Punch card system isn’t working

    The app is lying and saying for all the jewelry that I have bought so far from them, were returned the next day. So its saying that I have been buying and returning the same amount the following day.

    I have kept all three pieces that I have bought over the past three months.
    Please fix this glitch.

  • why though

    I downloaded the app and it didn’t have any of my previous punches on either jewelry or shirts. I took out the cards from my wallet so i’m not sure where they are anymore. They didn’t tell the worker had to transfer the punches to the app so now i’m back at square one. The cards were perfectly fine as is there was no need to put them into this stupid app.

  • App not working

    Hi i just bought a shirt and i downloaded the app to start collecting my ponch for the tees. But dosent let me create an account. Its been weeks i think is an app issue

  • Horrible

    I used to work there and the way they made us push it on people and the customers would always tell us how the app is bad and doesn’t really help for other things besides shirts and jewelry but nothing else this app is horrible and the company is even worse
  • Expiration!?!

    I can’t believe my punches expire now. I would keep my punch card for years at a time and spot by Spencer’s every once and while. Now I’m pressured to go back in :/ this is crazy. I don’t mind digital but why not keep the same principles?
  • Pleas fix

    The privacy and update page popped up so I pushed the check mark and read everything I was supposed to and it still wouldn’t let me join the app I would love to be able to actually get my account set up and shop

  • Confusing and limiting

    Punches can not be earned or used with online purchases, but expire within days. The text I got on August 4th says it expires in 45 days but the text I got yesterday (August 20th) says I have 10 days. Did 35 days pass in the span of 17 days? I can’t go shopping once a week if not more just to earn a free item.

    The shop online and store locator options do absolutely nothing. The cards show how many punches you have but give zero indication on when they’re supposed to expire. How am I supposed to know when it expires if I lose two days per day?

  • Privacy policy

    The app is forcing me to except the new privacy policy but anytime you click that you have read and agreed it won’t register locking you on the screen. App does not function within downloading it. I’ve already had to exit the app and restart and I still haven’t been able to get in to look at my account. my points are going to expire now.

  • Can’t do anything

    I can’t even make an account in the app which is supposedly the main feature, until I can make an account i just lost TONS of rewards and shirt and jewelry punches because both of my cards were taken when switching over to the app system. Disappointed.

  • Expiration on when I can redeem my free items is bullsh*t

    I don’t mind that things are transferring to the app What I do mind is that now I have to go within 45 days to redeem my free jewelry (per text message received today) whenever I had the physical punch card for over a year and wasn’t pressured to come back so fast. I like waiting a while because then new plugs (whatever other jewelry/shirts/etc) comes in and I have more of a variety. Now im going to have to come back sooner and probably only have the same options I already bought from today. Please fix :/
