Didn’t apply coupon unless you pay through the app.
It says “coupon applied”, but in reality, it didn’t. I applied my account at the pump, but it never registered the 15 cent discount. What a waste of time and info, never going to bother with this or the gas stations it sponsors, unless this is fixed.

Points are not adding up
Since I moved to the new crew card from kickback card I’ve lost so many points, I use the new card almost daily thinking it’s adding up points but it turns out it’s not doing so, today when asked the cashier to use my points in my purchase I found out that the card hasn’t been adding any points for almost a month and we couldn’t even use the transferred points from the old card (kickback)!!! I had to swip my old card in order to use or receive points, and the weird part is that the new points will be shown in the crew card if used the old card.

Please contact the customer service number (1-888-339-7064) on the back of the Rocket CREW card to transfer your existing KickBack points over to your new Rocket CREW card. As long as your KickBack points card is enrolled in your name, they can assist you. Thank you!

Don’t like it I am not using this app losing 15cents a gallon by using this app
