Downloaded it for the free shake but didn’t get one. Other rewards on my account didn’t show up either

The food here is delicious - best fast food chicken out there! But the app is pretty lame.
The barcode scanner just plain doesn’t work. One needs to enter the 13-digit barcode by hand.
There is also no way to order fountain drinks in the app.

Wrong order but no help
The app has no help function so if your order is wrong, tough luck. You have to take it all the way back to the store or just deal with it. Also the promotion to get a free shake if you download the app is nonsense - there’s no way to redeem the offer
