You can’t order a shake, when you add it to the order an error occurs, it says please select EF Straw Selection. But there is nowhere to select a straw or not.

False promotion
They did not give me the promotional free slider when downloaded.
Promotion is bait and switch.
As of right now the promotion for the “free slider if you download the new app” is just a scam.
There is absolutely no way to redeem this “offer”, there is nothing emailed to you after creating an account, and there is no pop-up in the app itself telling you that you have a promo to apply.
