APP IS TERRIBLE
So many things wrong. Difficult to login. You have to press on the screen a lot… only to find out there is a “terms and conditions” agreement prior to going to next screen but the keyboard is blocking it from showing.
Fast forward to logging in, I can’t even confirm my bank information for automatic payments because again… the keyboard is in the way and won’t go away to confirm details. Just horrible.XkdlzX
Too bad you can’t login
Let’s update the app for some reasons listed but obviously logging into it wasn’t one of them.

Actually, the login issue is worse. It went from taking a long time to log in to just not allowing me to log in. So convenient.Stadtmann
Avoid this App and Bank
TMS was sooo much better. Servbank refuses to fix bugs in their app. They also never return calls at schedule times they set. The app refuses to allow any payment OVER your normal payment. They also delete reviews.Motivator_v2
Won’t fix bugs
There is a current bug that won’t let you pay more than your current payment even though the app offers it. It’s been that way since they changed from TMS (a year in March). Leadership refuses to contact customers to fix. Unresponsive customer support. No path to escalate issues. TMS was way more responsive, friendly, and easier to work with.Mediocre at best.
The app can only be as good as the company and I’ve had issues as a whole with Servbank. I’ve been double charged twice. Once on their end and it was refunded in 4 days. Once on my end I added a small payment to my monthly charge and was charged in full a second payment. It’s been 22 days and still no refunded despite being told I’d receive it.
The app I have trouble logging in on occasion as well as finding important documents.Ralphiesgirl1213

Attempting to log in and you immediate ask to agree and terms and condition. Okay, grey out the screen so nothing can be clicked because it’s loading? Okay I see. You have some issues with your software for sure. This is terrible coming from a financial Institute.Aajeevlin
