I can’t login because my customer ID is with alphabetical letters which is impossible to put in the field. One of the worst banking app.Xavier Ding
Very good but add a calculator
Good, easy to use app. However, a calculator within the app would be very useful to help me work out my bills/savings each payday.sojoe90

There's no way to login if your username has letters. Looks like it's been this way for months - pretty amateurish work!Fragnartholp
Not for NZ use
It wasn’t till I tried to register and was having problems, I saw that if there were issues to call a 1800 number which definitely isnt compatible in NZ.Alnezer17

Unlike my other banking apps I cannot log in with my user id as it runs out of space and leaves off the last character.Salsarocks

Customer id field does not allow letters
Cannot log in with my customer id because my costumer id contains alphabetical letters. The more ridiculous thing is that when I want to change my customer id via the web interface it requires me to consider adding letters! It’s very inconsistent.Ali Rahimy
