Terrible app
After the new update we are not able to open new case , look like they do not want to receive to many requests , is no way that we can download a picture or after completing all the questions sent the request to the server
BUGGY
This is so LAME. Add a new report, enter details - CONTINUE button does NOTHING. How can you release something so buggy and not be aware of it. What are the developers doing and why isn’t there any proper QA and oversight. So STUPID!!!
Requests won’t submit
The app malfunctions a lot, which prevents you from submitting issues. It doesn’t works, there are bugs/ issues that seem to go unnoticed like the app not allowing a request to be filed - if you spend too much time on the app or try to submit more than one request you’re unable to and are now unable to submit any request at all.

It is impossible to create a ticket using this app on iPhone. It gets stuck in the middle and that’s it.
Major security data concerns
I can see all requests submitted, closed, cancelled. If images were uploaded. How did this get approved. I can't even submit a bulky pick up request, it keeps crashing, returns BULKAPPT app no available.
Stuck in a repetitive cycle
The app loops a lot, which prevents you from submitting issues. I generally works, but there are bugs/issues that seem to go unnoticed like the app looping - asking the same questions over and over and submitting.
Doesn’t work.
Spend your time documenting infractions just for a subpar app to constantly give you errors saying to “check your connection and try to send again” nonsense.

Lately the app has started to crash when you click on maps. Can’t use the app correctly anymore no matter how many times I try to delete and re-download

Needs an Update!
On the newest version of IOS 14, the app crashes when you try to put any address. Used to work perfectly before.

Everyone in Miami Dade should have this app
You can report potholes, faded signs, illegal structures, dumping, chickens and more on this app with images. Great app
Easy to use
Easy to use, & yes, the reports you open get addressed by 1 business day & they get sent to the correct department that the report belongs to. Glad this app was made !!
Fix the app
The app will not open. Keep getting “no internet connection” error. I try to open app with WiFi on, it doesn’t work. I try with WiFi off and using data and it still doesn’t work. :(
Hard to file a report
What a shame that MDC can’t get an app that works with the most current iOS. It would be such a help to the community and a relief to the over stretched 311 switchboard.
Pretty useless.
App is only good to call 311 and connect to Facebook. What is the use of that?
Love the app.
Love the app. Could use more options. But I have to say that last week I reported a huge pot hole on the route I take to drive to work using this app. Day after, I got a confirmation email with a ticket number assigned to my case. To my surprise, less than a week later, the huge por hole was covered.
I can't say thank you enough to Dade County and the many people behind this app and service.
I hope to see many residents of Dade County use this to better out cities and look forward to updates to the app.
