I had to take the photo multiple times due to app cropping the image. Had to zoom farther out to capture the entire image.
My other bank app shows dotted lines as to where to frame the check before taking the picture.

Worst App of all I hold
I’ve had the biz app since NBA had an app. It was completely unstable and I averaged at least one support call a month to get it working again. The last time I called was a week ago, when NBA IT convinced me to try the personal app. Now I just got off the phone again because the personal app isn’t working. I’m pulling my money out of NBA today.

Mobile deposit
Takes longer than other major banks such as B OF A and Wells Fargo. No auto photo. More steps to process a deposit. Takes longer to be available in account.
