You are correct in that you can no longer see your check images prior to the partnership date (February 1). However, If you need check image copies, please call 866.287.6225 and our Member Care Center will be happy to assist you. Also, please note that our Online Banking does allow you to see check images if deposited into your new CU SoCal account on or after February 1.
