Waste of time
Australia won't let visitors purchase a SIM card to get a local number. This app requires a local number. So unless you are Australian, and have a local number don't waste your time. I'm using Uber instead.
Unusable
I registered three times. Verified my phone all three times and the app crashes each time back to the home page. Never got past the main screen. Uninstalled
Pointless
Available in the NZ App Store but completely pointless because it won't accept international roaming cellphones. Unless you've got an Australian SIM card when traveling then don't even bother downloading it
Very buggy
Didn't work properly, took ages to do anything and kept crashing
New upgrade doesn't work
Used to be really good, and cabs are reliable but they forced an update to the app and now it won't even load. Will have to start using another cab company, which is a shame :(
Nice app but lost a customer
I used it before and was impressed - I could see the taxi being on its way and I think the driver could see my position, as I was out on the street.
I was trying to use it again, but could not login. I forgot my password - what's new in these days with lots of login Ids and passwords to remember.
The link sent to my mail box wanted my apple certificate! Where did they get their developer from?
I have now downloaded another app from a different taxi company!

App should be called Service Temporarily Unavailable
The app has great features but is full of bugs. I've been using it for two years but am tired of having to dismiss the Service Is Temporarily Unavailable message 5-10 times during each session. After manually keying in my pickup address (because the auto-locator was incorrect and wouldn't allow a simple edit of the street number) and after the little Service unavailable pop up, it cleared my entry, forcing me to start over. Also, the app often hangs on "finding your location" when. This is not due to GPS issues because Map applications find it without difficulty. They also appear to have removed the "Where's My Cab" feature. Aaaaaand one more thing, each time the app is closed, even briefly, it has to re-download the booking data. It should be retained which is possible with iOS multitask features. Get it together 13Cabs.

Just doesn't work
Attempt to find map location failed
Book a cab by address books but then does nothing. Sat waiting for driver to confirm for 10 mins and gave up especially as 5 vacant 13cabs went past.
Try to look at booking history to cancel as the app crashes. Total failure and a waste of download

Wish I didn't have to use it...
The one app I wish I didn't need to use. Somehow they've removed the ability to log in with an existing profile with this version. (And of course can't create a new profile with the same phone number as an existing.)
Also no ability to reset your password (in the prior version - and of course still not in this one).

Clunky UI but the app DOES work
We've order 16-20 cabs with this app over the past 4 months. It does work and the cabs always show up on time. The app needs Retina display updates and a UI overhaul to make it simpler; push alerts when cab accepts booking and arrives would also be nice. Please enhance this app and your ratings with go up!
