I just completed my second FA job and I enjoy it. I was ready to do a few more today but due to the delay on the Teacher ice cream demo, the app stated it started at 11am, after asking several employees about it, two knew nothing about it, one gave me the wrong location for it, I finally asked the Teacher Cake/Gift Bag Demo (which I submitted a picture of this) worker when they set up after 12:00pm, I was informed the ice cream demo lady did not show up. I had walked around and waited and looked for the demo for over an hour. When I completed this job I was ready and accepted others that were listed in the app then informed they were no longer available. Hopefully better luck next time. Fab app and missions!
Easy to use app! Earnings paid to bank account. The missions are always relevant to you because you are usually offered pre qualifying surveys. I had a slight problem with one of my missions but I contacted them and it was sorted out really fast! No other problems at all and I’m really pleased with this. I recommend!!Show lessGemzil
More like Field Awesome!
This app is great for making some extra money on the side! I’ve only had the app for a few weeks, but I’ve already made almost $300. Its super easy to get started and the app is very easy to navigate. I like that the tasks are separated into different task types (if you have a preference). Its very flexible and you can pick and choose which jobs you would like to do, and most of the jobs I do are right in my neighborhood or surrounding area. Make sure you pay attention to the time allotted and read the instructions carefully for each task and you will be good to go! Love Field Agent
After becoming increasingly disgruntled with my very demanding job of 5 years, I quit my full time job in April 2018. I had no clue what i was going to do for income but I knew I no longer wanted to put my all into a business that was effecting my personal health(mental and physical) and personal life; as my yearly gross income decreased every year because of poor upper management.
I had heard about “secret shopping” apps I thought this would be a way to earn a little cash, while I was figuring out my next move. So I started searching apps in the first one sounded where they are trying was Field Agent. After completing several jobs, and getting paid, I was very happy.
While working with Field Agent alone, will not make you rich, you get to select your own jobs and work at your discretion and payout is generally very quick.
I now do this kind of work, for several companies and also have a few cleaning jobs I do. I’m happy to say, my gross income for 2018 was only $2,000 less than the previous year and I couldn’t be happier with my work!
I will stress that jobs must be completed correctly to get paid, so take pride in the work you do, as you should with any job!Show lessNatsmat67
Potential but a bit dodgy
Has potential but at times job disappear when you’re by the location only to have it reappear later on, communication with the “coordinators” from field agent is not great as it feels like maybe it’s AI and as is the case with many mystery shopping companies the instructions are not always clear or written well. There’s a few better apps like these that also pay quicker and most importantly more easily and quickly accept your submissions. Also word of caution, never accept the auction jobs - they easily turn them down so waste of time and had a friend actually have their account suspended because they claimed she didn’t cancel the job (that was after years of work with them). Honestly Impressed
I wasn’t sure if I even wanted to try this app after reading some reviews. Let’s be honest, though, those reviews are people who want free money handed to them.
This is one of my favorite apps so far! In less than a week I made over $30! Not even kidding. Some jobs are low paying, like $1 for 1 picture, but that’s better than nothing. I’ve gotten paid $2+ for surveys, which I love since most survey apps pay less than $1. (Not every survey pays, but you can choose which ones you take). There’s lots of different categories to choose jobs from, buy and try is probably my favorite, because they let you buy an item and reimburse you for it, plus pay you for trying it!!! Which is absolutely awesome.
Downside, since it’s such an awesome app jobs go quick, so you have to check it a lot, but I don’t really feel like that’s an issue. Huge pro for me: the support team is amazing and quick to respond. When I’ve emailed them they get back to me in less than 24hrs. Honestly I would download it and try it, just to see. If you hate it no big loss. If you love it, I told you so :)Show lessBelle Kas
Terrible customer service
Listen to the negative feed back. They will suspend your account on a whim. They don’t communicate with you in a respectful or honest manner. I encountered a very rude attendant at a smoke shop job. I remained polite to this rude individual. When I got home I reviewed the incident on the businesses web site, where I found others had the same complaint. After three years of positive interactions and no complaints all it took was for one vindictive liar to convince Jeff Doucette to cancel my account. He didn’t contact me or ask me what happened. So after three months of no jobs I contact him to ask why. He says a client raised concerns about my professionalism. No wonder PayPal dropped them if this is their level of professionalism. Get rich quick? Read on
I found this app while looking at articles discussing best “side hustles” for some extra cash. Decided to try it out, I have had the app for about a week now and have consistently found jobs to complete daily. Too many to be able to complete actually. Of the jobs I have completed, only ONE was rejected because I failed (yes, I take the blame) to take photos at the correct angle for the retailer. I have worked in “big box” stores for years, from retail side of things to corporate based positions and for me, the benefit of this app to the retailer is clear. Instructions are simple, jobs are not time consuming and pay is ok.
Will you get rich quick? Absolutely not. But in my roughly one week of actively seeking jobs to complete I’m closing in on $40 to be paid out, with more jobs pending. I’m already shopping these stores, think it’s a fun way to earn a few extra bucks, so why not? Just pay attention to the instructions and you’ll be fine.Show lessUNCTEP
Disappointed
I only downloaded this because I was considering using field agent for my business. When I checked out the app no jobs came up, over Christmas a couple of jobs popped up, however no payment and a poor experience from the agents perspective. I won’t be using the app and I won’t be using the company either. You’ve just lost a client.Show lessBlake20030
