Sounds awesome. Is meh.
The gigs are usually way more involved than they initially seem, and by the time you've completed the tasks and typed responses to all the questions, you're like, "Wait - I only get $4.50 for all the time I just spent on that?!"
Also there's lots of room for improvement when it comes to the functionality of the app, clarity of the instructions, and the handling of unexpected situations. Because there's nothing more frustrating than spending a bunch of time on a gig, only to have your submission rejected by the staff that run the app, and not even get any money for your time.
I'll probably keep using the app occasionally, but only if there's a gig that's on my way somewhere I was already planning to go - I'm not gonna make a special trip and take an hour out of my day to make $3.Show lessemployee-turned-customer
Great App
Very straightforward tasks that are easily understood and the tech support is phenomenal!! The ONLY complaint, and it’s not really a complaint as much as a ‘nice to have’ would be longer completion times. Since I look for jobs to complete during my lunch break, if I see it that morning, it is gone by the time it is close enough to my break to reserve. I realize that it is open to all but the short reserve time is almost like making it a competition to see who will win. I just want to pick up a few extra bucks and not be in a contest.
Otherwise, great app and, tech support is the best EVER!! I have never had an issue remain unresolved for more than a day, two at most ... other apps have taken weeks. They are the best asset Field Agent has!! So glad I discovered this app!!Show lessmcb5309
Side hustle just in time for Christmas!!
I started with Field Agent a few weeks ago and things are great! I’ve already made more than $100. The thing that makes Field Agent better than the other shopper apps is how fast you can cash out—the others can take up to two months to pay and reimburse you, while Field Agent usually takes just a few days to approve your submissions and a few more days to get you the money once you request it. There are new assignments available all the time, so it can really pay to check everyday, especially when you will be going to or near certain stores.Show lessMejohntu
Great app, however....
I think there are some huge improvements to be made to the on-boarding of users. Jobs do not show for new users and it does not incentive to engage of come back.
I have friends that are frustrated by this, whilst I brag about how great it is. We had Very different experiences.

Great side Hustle
I have already used this app for a full month. I’ve made over $100 in one month. I am able to stop by and do the jobs on the way home from work. I am into my second month with this app and it is absolutely legitimate. I enjoy doing the audit jobs. They pay you real money and not points or gift cards. I have told a lot of my friends about this app and they have signed up as well. I really appreciate how easy it is to get and reserve jobs and do them. Everything is done from your phone and you can go on site and complete them. If they had more survey opportunities for money in the app that would make it a 10 star app. A referral program would be nice as well. Keep up the good work!Show lessSwarthy Daisy
Minimal appreciation for long history and good standing.
I downloaded this app roughly a year and a half ago. My current score is 115(pretty good) and I have made about $405 to date. I have had good success with this app up until a few weeks ago. I submitted 3 jobs over the weekend(the third one would have met my quota to reach the $20 bonus for customer service jobs). I was expecting to get paid for the 3 jobs and the bonus on top of it. After 6 days pending, all 3 jobs were declined and I never received an email explaining what was wrong with my job submissions. So, I reached out to customer service via email looking for answers and I have yet to hear back. This was two weeks ago! On top of that, ever since those jobs were declined, I haven’t had any access to new jobs. As someone who has had minimal jobs declined(2 others)over the last year and a half and has a good score, I’m highly disappointed in the way field agent has chosen to handled this situation.Show lessEricaspaz1010
Good app to make a little side cash!
I have used Field Agent for a couple of years & made about $500 for minimal effort. Not bad considering I don’t take every job. I find as long as you carefully & specifically follow the instructions they always pay. I have also noticed they have improved the way they write the instructions lately & this makes it easier to get it right. I have discovered some new products & shops that I like through the jobs on this app.Show lessneedtotrain
Does not negotiate or listen
Suspended my account for trying to help my girlfriend set up an account on my device. Said I had multiple accounts on one device so I’m kicked off the App.
And let’s be real, 10 survey screeners that you don’t get paid for just to qualify for jobs that pay a measly 4 dollars. You know the company is making big bucks off these screeners and in store audits and offer a couple dollars as a reward.

Amazing petty cash job!!!
For me this is a petty cash kind of job cause it’s not a lot of money...BUT...I will say lucrative enough that it justifies the time spent doing it and I recognize it’s just petty cash. I think if some put some real full time effort, there is potential of some decent money. I feel this app stands out from all your other money making apps for things like surveys, live time, scouting prices, etc. I haven’t seen another app I would waste my time cause I know they are all just pennies I earn!!!! And it’s not complicated...And most jobs you can do while moving through you day....And it’s REAL MONEY!!!!! Field Agent really is legit....for petty cash....in my opinion! 😉Show lessMsmarye
