Why can’t download the epass for quick access to lounge than using wifi to logon the account

Disappointed

Wollumbin cafe and bar couldn’t honour our card. Said machine had been taken away. Very disappointing.

Not worth it anymore

I’ve been using Priority Pass for the past two years, and up until recently, it’s been a great benefit. However, my experience this year has been increasingly frustrating, which is why I feel compelled to write this review.

It started when my home city, which never had a lounge, only offered access to a restaurant with a $25 credit. While not ideal, it was something I could use. However, even that option is now gone. Since then, I’ve encountered ongoing issues accessing lounges during my travels. Just today, I ran into the same problem at two different airports: all four lounges were fully booked until Friday. This is becoming a recurring issue.

For the amount of money I’m paying, it’s frustrating to be turned away time and time again, especially when the only benefit I relied on is being steadily taken away. Over the course of this year, I’ve only been able to access one lounge, and that experience was far from satisfactory. I waited 45 minutes for drinks, never received the food I ordered, and spent a total of 76 minutes traveling to and from the lounge and my gate.

At this point, I feel that Priority Pass is no longer delivering on its promises. Despite continuing to charge a premium, the service and access have declined significantly. I’m deeply disappointed and frustrated by the lack of value for the money I’m spending.

‘Priority’

Unfortunately, the Priority Pass is not what it used to be. From what I see, the cash bookings are the ones who get priority.
I am fed up with arriving at airports to be told “have you pre booked “ and being turned away. This is happening even when the lounges are quiet.
The lounge staff in some airports leave a lot to be desired aswell. It is quite embarrassing being turned away, a little humility would go a long way on these occasions.
Definitely a waste of money having the card now.
The pre booking section of the App is poor aswell, I’m sure it can be simplified.

Panama City airport

I enjoyed Priority Pass very much and the service is always fabulous. We’ve been to the Panama City airport lounge several times and it’s lacking service. I hope that they can fix this issue.
