My husband and I have been with AFFCU for about 25 years. NEVER had a problem. We have accounts with them and they have the BEST rates.

Transfers
I love everything about Afccu and the app! My one problem is being able to transfer to my daughters account. She and I have both tried to set it up and can not get it to connect. It would be nice due to they travel quit often and I have their children when they do, sometimes she needs to send me money or vise versa

Amazing!!!
The app is easy to use and understand. The layout is very simple and any changes being made to the app come through notifications when you open the app. So, there’s no surprises. I love using this app and how accessible it is.

Awful for iPad
My only computer is an iPad. Do not even bother installing if this is what you have. Mobile deposit will make you pull out your hair and the app won’t even show you your accounts summary. I don’t mean it is slow, I mean that it never opens. I was advised to uninstall and reinstall. (Was working fine until the recent updates.) Have done this twice with no improvement. Since I rely on mobile banking I think I will find another bank whose app is not crap.

Needs to be updated
This app is the worst one on my phone, it glitches and locks me out all the time, I can’t do what I need to in it and I rely on the app to make my car payments since I work in healthcare and can’t get to a branch when they are open. Been trying to fix this issue for days yet again and no luck. Either the company or the app needs to change.

Sometimes the app won’t load or will take forever to. Other than that the app is fine

Worst banking app ever!
Kicked me out. Tried resetting password with all my credentials and personal info,basically says I don’t exist. Tried to completely reregister, same thing. Did the same to my wife neither of us can access any of our accounts. A huge deal breaker for people who rely on online banking. Will have to leave AmFirst ASAP. Also if you actually read the “five star “ reviews they’re pretty horrible somehow every bad review still gets a five star rating
