The Best!!!
I love AmericasFirstFCU. They are very helpful and nice. I wish they would open one in Jasper or Fayette. We live in Cullman now and have a farm in between Jasper and Fayette. We drive to Cullman to do our banking. I know there is a lot of people who would love to have AmericasFirstFCU in one of these towns/cities. Thank you for the app, does a good job for us.

Mobile App
I really like the app when it’s working. I use mobile deposit once a month because there isn’t an America’s 1st close by. Right now I can’t get the mobile deposit to work. It keeps saying error, folded corners and there is nothing wrong with the check. I’ve done this about 10 times with different errors. I wonder why would you change something that already works. Also my alert notifications for my account never work.

It’s good but it could be better
I like how easy it is to sign in and the information I receive is adequate I just wish bills paid through the app could show as pending and not leave me hanging wondering if it went through until it post. If they could incorporate that change this app would be perfect.

Remote deposit history
This feature is new updated but I’m concerned about mobile deposit history because it doesn’t show anymore. Used to be shown in old version but not anymore. I’d have to check email. Not friendly.

I prefer banking with America First than any bank. I left Regions to bank with America First. I haven’t had any problems with the credit union.

Wonderful bank
I’ve been with AFFCU for 40 + years. They have to date never made an error on my account and when I call they treat me as if they know me. I just love and trust them so much. Now with on line banking with an easy program I do my banking from anywhere

Easy to use. Interface is easy to understand. Accurate updates and information right at your fingertips. Makes me extremely comfortable knowing that I can quickly access my banking information.
