Love the new app
This app is so much better than the old one. I especially love having a link to the dream rewards. It was always so hard to get into it before!

Awesome App
AmFirst app is a great tool to manage my account and make transfers when I need to. The only thing I would like to see added to the app is the ability to enable and disable your card in case something happens and you lose your Wallet or someone tries to copy your card number and you see unfamiliar charges you can just shut it down. Other than that really good.

Very disappointed!
Can’t read the fine type on mobile!
Everything about this update seems a step backwards... even takes a long :30 seconds to log out! A functional app is critical - time to look for new credit union!

Definitely an improvement but super buggy
Love the interface it much more streamlined but SO so many bugs. You can’t open anything without it constantly logging you out citing inactivity for 10 min?! Ugh so frustrating.

Not a friendly app. They took away a lot of features that were on the web site. For instance 1) I can no longer view an image related to my accounts before I enter my pass word tho make sure I’m on the correct account. 2) no longer get confirmations on transfers or payments 3) transfers only show balances they don’t show the actual transaction and what
account it came from 4) can’t access from all my devices
5) freezes up and I had to sign out and back on and it froze up again.
I called the bank and I was told I could delete the app and go directly to the web site thru safari. Needs a lot of work.

HORRIBLE!
If I could give this new app zero stars I would. I don’t know what they’ve done to the online banking but the completely changed it to where I can’t even access my information!!! I can’t get inside my account on the app or online!! This is ridiculous!

New App Update Is BROKEN
Can’t login or use it at all. I’m on the iPhone XS Max. My girlfriend has the same issue and is using the iPhone 6S. This is getting ridiculous. Honestly, the update seemed so promising, I was counting down the days since the previous app version was extremely buggy and didn’t even fit on my entire phone screen. Now, it just doesn’t even work, at all. Extremely disappointed.
