Where is support!?
Can’t find an area in the Xero “support” page to start a ticket, so I have to do it here. Version 6.0.0 crashes on open on iPhone X! Like another reviewer stated, support is horrible for the entire platform. They’re great at sales, but forget about resolving any issues.

Only an idiot could be out of balance with Xero. It is by far the best on the market.
Communication
Please create another way besides your videos in order to help your customers. There are errors in every program so having an option for customer service makes for long time clients. I have been looking elsewhere and I don’t want to. I wanted to believe in your company because you presented yourself as unique and I liked that. But if there isn’t true customers service then you are unique.

Don’t waste your time
The application features only minimal functionality, and worst yet, they don’t even support file upload for receipts. The only thing you can do is access your camera roll and they block being able to access your files, which is completely unnecessary. They have no support for iOS 11, except that the app will load. Other than that, Xero themselves have said on their web site that they have no plans to support iOS 11 features.

Great webpage programme. Poor App
I understand that the app may be a streamlined version of the webpage. But there are silly things that are just not there.
IE I cannot convert a quote to an invoice while using the app. The facility just is not there. I have to log on to the webpage and do it from there. Very frustrating, when creating invoices and quotes from scratch is so simple.
Also uploading files. These may not always be photos. (this difficulty applies to the web also). I have numerous invoices and receipts emailed to me as PDFs. These can't be attached to invoices I'm sending out. I run a logistics company, I'd like to also be able to attach my PDF proof of delivery notes to invoices. Why isn't this possible?
These two factors can easily be rectified.
I searched how to do a credit note on the help section. It didn't exist according to Xero help. Yet I managed to stumble upon it when I went into the invoicing section.
Simple things that just need to be honed.

Couldn’t get some functions to work and support couldn’t help
I’ve messaged support about my pay roll issue and they’re referencing their help page. I followed the page, enrolled my employees and I can’t get them to show up in the pay run. My employees pay is now a week late because I can’t get the right answers to fix this issue. I’m canceling my subscription. It’s worthless if I can’t pay my people.

Wonderful!
This accounting system has made a most wonderful difference in my life! Takes a while to realize it is a bit different to the competition. Great for visual people!! I highly recommend it!!
Taxation
Requires a month cancellation notice which I found to be a little excessive. It’s like they know people will be cancelling soon after subscribing so they take as much as they can. Make an easier product and I wouldn’t jump ship. Look elsewhere for small business accounting software.
Not bad
Useful on the go. Would be nice if we could send receipts from it as well. More reports and ability to customize the dashboard would be nice as well.
Unbelievably useless
No reports, no features. Just a snapshot of what your account status is. Useless app.
