Pay by phone
A great way to pay for parking. Don’t have to go out and plug the meter with quarters, etc. just extend the time in my phone when I get the text that the time is about to expire.

Rejected all 4 of my credit cards
Tried to top up my meter through the app while in a meeting but it wouldn’t accept any of my credit cards anymore. Got a ticket. Lame.
Can’t refund session
I accidentally added 2 hours of parking when I meant to add 15 minutes and the app doesn’t let you refund the session! Also, I started a new parking session with the same car in a new location and it kept my previous session going. Hotspot mobile app (another parking app that’s used in my home city) allows you to refund your session once you’re done so you never have to worry about over paying!

Credit card got frauded
My credit card got frauded on this app.

The app is extremely slow and stated my card had expired through Apple Pay - which was incorrect. After several attempts it showed the payment was processed and I went on the my meeting. Came to my car and noticed a parking ticket. Apparently it went back to the process your payment page. I will never use this app again. $3 turned into $45. Terrible!!! I would give 0 stars if I could.
