  • Never an issue

    I’ve never had any issues banking with Santander. As an international students, although in the beginning was a bit difficult choosing the right financial intermediaries, I’d recommend Santander as it’s easy to open account and start the service promptly without any hassle.
  • Need to Improve

    Very hard to make payments as no search facility so need to scroll through each payee you’ve ever made to find an existing payee - slow and tedious
  • Banking on the go

    This App is amazing able to check your balances from not just but also your current account also your savings account. You can transfer and send money money to different. People . It makes Banking so easy I can use on my computer & laptop but it’s best in my mobile. Could never be without it it’s so convenient all my financials at my fingertips. I recently went to Asia in the summer for a month. I could not believe I could still use while I was away . Giving me fantastic access to my money and reassure everything was safe . Every transaction is there to see and anything looks wrong you can see it because you can see your statement everyday which is updated ever day . Mobile banking saves you time by not going in to the branch all the time . No big long passwords just a few taps on your phone and your in so quick and easy I could never be without it !

  • Not as good as earlier versions

    The app now sends you to internet banking to do tasks you could do previously in the app. A mobile banking app should be just that, banking on my phone wherever i may be. Sending me to internet banking, on my phone, is just a pain in the behind. As i only use internet banking on my laptop, in the house. I do not have my internet banking log in details when i am on the move, i use the mobile app. Which now is not as mobile as it used to be. Come on, why am I required to use internet banking on my laptop to amend a standing order?? Why cannot use the app on my phone to do it? Why is security on my phone so much more intensive than on my laptop. If I only have one bank account and I want to transfer money why am I sent to another screen to select the only account I have????
    I don’t want to tell the bank where my money is going or to whom when transferring money. Why can’t I opt out or set it to a default such as anything else. You are storing too much information

    Santander app is really easy to use,
  • Please stop with the forced updates already!!!

    If you need to make a transfer (for example to make a withdrawal from a cash point) and the app goes “out-of-date” you are forced to wait and update the app. This has happened many times to me in situations where there is a poor internet connection. Very poor software design.

    Thank you for your feedback, it is appreciated. We strive to minimise the number of times we force an update, however to protect you as a customer and ensure you have access to the latest features, it is sometime necessary.

  • Easy banking

    I am in Australia at the moment and have been able to check my account and make a transfer and it is so easy. Great banking with Santander
  • Have to register device, seems flaky

    Have to register your device to use the new version of the app, fine except the code to register never seems to get sent to my phone (the number is definitely correct). So I can’t login anymore :(
