  • Excellent application with excellent support

There is a lot to learn about this metronome application, but if you take the time to learn it your efforts will be well rewarded. To make it easier to learn, the author has provided numerous, easily accessible videos that explain how to use all of the features of the application.

Also, the author is responsive to support questions.

  • Most valuable bass tool

Having a percussion app like this has contributed immensely to my skill-building exercises. As much as they talk about drums in the tutorials, everything mentioned can be applied towards my practice sessions though replicating Neil Peart is a work in progress.
  • Simply the best

As a drummer for 48 years, I've used everything from a classic wood "pyramid" metronome to the old 80's Boss Dr Beat metro. And I can tell you without any reservations, the PolyNome is the BEST metro out there! I've used the PolyNome for the last 4 years and it keeps getting better, with the continued upgrades. I've used several other "smart" metronomes and have found the PolyNome to be as complex or as simplistic as I want. It's all I use.....

  • The Best App In The World

Joe, the programmer, is a diligent musical educator who is dedicated to excellence in his product and desire to help other musicians.

It is hard to imagine a rhythmic task that this app cannot handle. The depth of programming is second to none. Joe thought of everything, and continually improves the product. The video instruction library is also very helpful because seeing a demonstration of the product in action is the best way to learn how to use it.

I can tell that Joe has a passion for his art and his product. If I were a programmer this would be the standard for which I would aspire.

    Thank you Joe!

  • Great!

I’ve been playing drums for over 50 years and teaching for half of that. This is absolutely the best app with the most possibilities you could ever ask for. Constant and improvement’s and updates make it way way worse than money.
  • Of the half dozen or so metronome apps I’ve tried, PolyNome is the most versatile app of its type

As a band leader, I use PolyNome for rehearsals so that we always practice at the same tempo, and for live performances, even holding up my phone and letting audiences in on my “secret”.
  • Great app, lots of unique features, involved developer!!!

Title says it all, LOL! The developer is married to this app and continues to improve it and add more features. A true love relationship between developer and app (and users too, a three some that is socially acceptable on every level)!
Haha! Get it you’ll be glad you did
  • Love it

Easy to use and contains a lot of helpful features. I use this app almost daily and it’s as simple or as complex as I need it to be. No pop-ups and never cuts out or fails to run properly. I’d be lost without it.
  • Amazing

This is THE best metronome app in this galaxy. The only thing that disappoints me is that I paid about $15 for the app and now I have to pay even more to get the “pro” version? Didn’t I pay for it already?

    Developer Response

Thanks for the great review! I'm certain you'll find your money's worth with the Pro features. I'm currently close to releasing an update with many huge improvements that will make PolyNome even more useful. Thanks, Joe
