App is trash.
To search you have to hit the search bar three times. First time does nothing second name brings up the keyboard but then it goes away instantly and the third time finally brings a keyboard up where you can type in your search information. I have a stored vehicle. It keeps telling me to complete my vehicle set up. I’ve done it about seven times today. I’ve logged out log back in it still can’t remember it. Remembers most of the information just not the model. So it won’t tell me if parts are compatible or not. The app also has no app icon. Other than the generic white box with kind of a grid pattern on it that Apple uses.Show lessTim in Tx
Choppy and glitchy
Takes forever to load even on fast wifi. Pages are glitchy and it’s hard to navigate. Given the fact that a lot of product is now purchased online they should do a job of improving their website and applications interface.Davides117
Needs major work
It crashes constantly, does not let you paste into the search bar because it will still all the way to the bottom of the page, and it is a direct copy of their website. Do not recommend wasting the space on your device with this app.Stg bob6
The App works great!
The app loads quick and responds quickly, I have my car saved in the area asking for Year, Make and model it lines me up with direct fit parts that is specifically for my vehicle and not “universal call the store for more details” option.Marcus Butzin
Overall decent, aggravating bugs
*click on a picture and it takes forever to hit the X just right. The last straw was 2 minutes trying to close out a picture. I ended up closing the app and deleting it.
*The upside was the app is faster than the website.justAjohnson

Needs work
Takes patience. Often have to re login. Exact spelling & description seems to be required, I sometimes have to go to another auto parts site to get an exact or different part name for the NAPA app.
It’s often easier to just order it there.Real cool!
Universal parts
Searching for a 2 1/8 exhaust clamp and refuses to return worthwhile results without a vehicle. Same issue exists on the web site. I was hoping the app was better. This is not the first time I’ve searched for a non vehicle specific part and gone to another site that actually works correctly.crap app 4 ever
Horribly inconsistent
Legitimately a copy-paste of their mobile website, which you’ll know is garbage if you’ve ever used it. Hardly loads half the time, both the app and the website. Sometimes it works, but even then it’s really slow and full of bugs. Seriously, I could probably drive to their nearest location before the pages load sometimes. Sometimes it just flat out doesn’t work. Horribly planned and executed. Sloppy and boring. Horrible user experience. Great store and parts, but they gotta put more effort into their mobile solutions.Show lessatleder1
Has Potential
A very useful app to search for needed parts after local NAPA store hours. But... it is slow and at times doesn’t register when you tap the screen. Fix the laggy and delayed issues and I’ll definitely bump this to 5 stars707FATMAN
