  • Misleading Calendar Integration

The app integrates with the calendar on your device, not directly to an email account on Outlook or Gmail. So I had to add the family email and calendar I setup to my iPhone calendar when I primarily use the Outlook app. Despite feature requests for this, the developer has closed those requests on their site stating the feature is complete when what has been added is not what most were actually requesting. On the positive side, the Alexa integration is fantastic. Would like to see more integration with Cortana. Lastly, if there is a way to add a to-do without having a due date or reminder set automatically I haven’t figured that out. I’m not finding it ideal that every grocery item has a reminder assigned to it. Would be nice if there was a way to set a general item list vs a to do list.

  • Not bad, much better than vanilla Reminders

I am seeing some bad reviews by people that say the latest version has issues. Since I just installed it a few days ago and sharing it with family devices, we think it’s great. It’s a much more elegant Interface with much more functionality than just your vanilla reminders app that comes with iOS. Yes, with a combination of the Calendar app and the Reminders app you get much of the same functionality, but not all. Plus the interface is significantly better. Great for families. I am only giving it four stars the moment because we’ve only used it for a few days, but I think we’ve touched all the functionality and I will upgrade or downgrade as needed.

  • This app keeps me organized when all other apps failed!

I am a mom with 5 kids and have to stay organized. I use my Apple calendar along with my entire family so I need something that will sync with it. I have tried every todo/task list available and there is always something that is so disappointing it leaves me searching for another app. However, with this app, I haven’t had that problem so far. I have been using it for about a month now and I am happy so far. There are some additional features I would like, which they do offer in there monthly subscription. Overall I am very satisfied with this app which keeps me organized when all other apps failed and syncs beautifully with my Apple calendar.

  • My life saver

This app is the best thing in my life for organising the million and one things I need to do. I love having my to do lists in one place and syncing events with my alerts and calendar. I just wish the events came up on my to do list on that day too as sometimes I forget to look at my events tab. It would also be great if I could use Siri to add things to my to do list. I think you can but I haven’t figured it out.

Heya! Siri is definitely an option - all you need to do is activate the integration from the app's Settings screen :) As for the event, have you tried our Calendar Widget for your home screen? It can give you a daily overview of your calendar without even having to open the app! You're welcome to contact customers@any.do for an explanation or in case you have more questions.
  • Superb

Couldn’t live without this app. Phenomenal.

One suggestion for you. I’d love to be able to quickly bump a task to another day. I curate my list every morning; but if it becomes clear during the morning that a task can’t be done today then I’d like to be able to very easily (easier than drag n drop) bump it to a future date. The same Ui as the ‘Plan my Day’ feature would do!

  • Convenient, Easy 2 Use, Siri & Alexa

I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Well, obviously they feel they had a bad experience, I just don’t agree & haven’t had their problems. I received an Echo Spot & tried this app when I saw it listed as working with Alexa. I like that the app made connecting with Alexa, Calendar, Reminders, etc very easy. I have had no problems. It works with both Alexa & Siri, nice clean interface, always sends my reminders, integrates my calendar no matter where I enter my event/reminder (through Alexa, Siri, Reminders, or Calendar), sub tasks works great, & I haven’t had any lagging. I love the ‘plan your day’ thing, very easy, intuitive, & useful! I’m not running this on a new iPhone either, a very full 6s+, & I have not bought a subscription. It does sometimes open slow, but only when I have a bunch of apps open so it is my phone not the app. This hasn’t completely replaced Things app since nothing (for me) does projects like it, but I no longer use Things for everything, pretty much just business projects. So far this has been a very useful, easy to setup, & easy to use app that does what it advertises, also working with both Siri & Alexa.

  • Can’t log in. Can’t reset password. Useless!

I added this app as a skill for my Alexa Dot, and wanted to be able to use it across platforms so added the app to my phone. I was very excited that I would have something simple to add things my ADHD brain would have difficulty remembering.

Too bad I can’t even log in! I use my phone’s password generator and with all of the security and privacy issues lately with Facebook I refuse to even consider using that to authenticate an account. When I try to come to the app to log in it tells me my email address and password do not match. So I tried resetting my password. It emails me a link that literally takes me to the login page! I tried it twice. Same thing happened. Can’t reset the password. Can’t log in. Completely and totally useless.

I will continue my quest for an app and skill that can be used across both platforms because clearly this is not it.

  • Don’t buy this app!

I made the mistake of purchasing a year subscription of this app and I am so mad at myself for doing so. I need something that works seamlessly between my phone and my laptop to keep tasks in order for work and it has been insanely frustrating trying to make that happen. The browser app deletes my reoccurring tasks EVERY TIME I complete it for a day. Some tasks just give themselves a new due date that I definitely did not assign them, and I can’t tag or share tasks with my team without those disappearing as well.
I’ve emailed support numerous times and the same person responds days later with no solution. I don’t even think they are understanding the issue at all. Horrible customer service and horrible waste of money. I wish I could get my money back as well as the hours of frustration caused by the inadequacy of this app.

  • May finally be giving up on this app

I really want to love this app. I keep it because I see such potential. However, the bugs that never really get fixed drive me insane. When I click on something I have to re-click because it doesn’t usually work the first time. When I move the order of the lists, a second later they are back to the original order. When I try to click to turn off the alarm notification I have to click multiple times before it takes and it usually causes another action that I didn’t want to happen. I considered it may be that I have the free version but other reviewers with the paid version have the same issues based on reviews. So I for sure am not going to risk losing money for the same issues to keep happening. I regret that I may have to start all over with another app which is a hassle since I spent so much time curating my lists onto this one. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Sorry for this! Our team would be happy to investigate what exactly is the issue should you submit a bug via Settings - Support :)
  • Want the previous moment feature back

I would give this a 5 star however they seem to change the 'plan my day' feature into quick selection on 5 different times throughout the day. However previously I could drag and drop each task to a certain time on a timeline. I find it really useful having that feature instead of the current one. Hopefully they can revert back to that 'plan my day' style.
