Great app if....
If only the app worked. I downloaded this because it was recommended by my job. At first it was great having all of my benefit information information on one easy to understand app, but ever since the update the app hasn’t worked. PLEASE FIX!Charles D Middleton
Wish it tracked calories instead of just steps
Although the app connects to Apple Health, it gives you points based on steps and not calories burned that come from Apple Health/ Apple Watch. That would be the one recommendation. Otherwise the app functions pretty well aside from having to log back in after just a short time if you multi-task into another app.Show lessLauren's Face
Life App
I just downloaded the cast light app. I am blown away at the features. It has everything I need in one place. Where have you been all my life? The rewards are top notch. Great gift cards at the best locations. I’ve got to figure out how to link my Fitbit/steps to track for points but that should be easy. Just wanted to stop, take the time and say this app nailed it! Health in your hand
Have you ever wanted to have your health information right in the palm of your hand well now you can. Castlight has all that and more plus you get to earn points to buy cool products. This is a win win for our family.Yepfun
Fine app but can’t connect tracker
It’s a fine app for seeing all of your necessary items for your health like deductible, care team, etc. However I would like to track my health, food, steps and such but no where in the app does it allow me to do add a fitness tracker or even connect to Apple Health. I’m on a 7 Plus, so I wouldn’t think my phone is outdated. Please fix that so I can rate 5 stars.Show lessThephoneco
Don’t rely on the shown prices
Castlight has been working on the issue with their app for services and it’s been over 2 years and still has not been resolved. Escalated to upper management and still 6 months later no return calls and the system still doesn’t work. Glad I am able to find out where to go by myself otherwise I would be lost. Sends you to out of state providers when you are located in Milwaukee, and your told they don’t have pricing data for the Milwaukee area, really?Show lessmitchplus1
Finally, healthcare feels simple!
What an experience to be able to see everything about my plan and all the benefits I have on one website / in one app. I felt frozen to do anything with my healthcare because I didn’t know how much it would cost to see the doctor and I didn’t know what was covered. I didn’t want to end up with a giant bill! But now I feel like I’m in control.
I absolutely love how easy it is to earn points and get free stuff! If I didn’t already have motivation to be healthy, this is just icing on the cake. I also love Monj, the nutrition and recipe site. How cool is that!Show lessMaddie289
Crap
This app is horrible. I click the button to search for a local urgent care, which is the feature that my job wanted me to download this app for, and I get information about urgent cares. General information, not specific information. There’s a contact us button, says that the line is manned until 9pm. Voicemail on the other end says until 8 pm. This app is worth so much less than a star that I don’t have words for it. Oh, and I’m probably going to need to sign in again once I post this- I haven’t used the app for 90secondsShow lessMagsthegamer
Life simplifying
I love Castlight! The ease of use is amazing. I love having all my health information in one spot made so easy to access and understand. It shows you your claims, your deductible status, your out of pocket status, your health dollars remaining and it’s easy to check in a glance. It’s saved me more than once at a doctor’s office when they were trying to charge me and I could pull it up right there and show them the amount of health dollars remaining. It’s so great how you can link right from there to any of your healthcare policies, including eye and dental. And not only can you access all the things you need, but it has useful links to other things that might benefit you.
You can link to anything and everything you need for your health all in one easy to use spot. If only the rest of life could be simplified this way!Show lessTheJinNE
