Great concept
I really enjoy the this app. It’s such a great concept. I have been using this app on a daily basis and it’s so easy to use. Although I’ve finding that I’m really only able to use the app to track my daily steps. I currently use the iPhone 6s+, which is a rather heavy model. I’m not able to comfortably wear the phone in an arm strap while I run/workout, which makes it impossible to track my steps precisely when it would do the most good to do so. I feel this would be remedied if there was a version of this app for the Apple Watch. I can only hope this feature will be added in the near future. Inaccurate tracking for indoors
I really love the idea of this App, but it’s incredibly inaccurate and difficult to convince others to use because it cannot pick up indoor distance. I have verified settings are appropriate and compared to other trackers and devices, and this records less than half of real miles logged. Please fix this issue so I and others will continue to utilize this app. Otherwise it’s very disappointing to see such inaccurate results when you know you’ve worked so much harder than it shows. Great app
The app is great and i love the concept. Only downside is that I wish they were more clear about what the conversion ratio is from miles to money raised. For anyone interested, its 25c per mile walked, and 10c per mile biked.Manavegehdhdu

Can’t Delete Account or Customize Privacy
Has anyone noticed that once you create an account there appears to be no way to delete it? Like an uncomfortable permanent lock in. Also when it goes to editing your profile or account there is zero information on how to manage your own account. You can manage very little to nothing. And when you go to find out how to take control of your own account and canceling your own account etc. there is no info. It actually was an immediate turn off and then in searching for information on Charity Miles LLC I decided that I do NOT want to donate anything through this app at all. Everyone else is running blindly at this app because charity is the forefront but the way you can create an account and then never delete it and lose control of you’re own stuff is creepy.Show lessLe pa ix

Fantastic idea, app needs to be improved
The concept of this app is fantastic and really inspiring. Unfortunately, the user experience is definitely lacking. Here are some issues and recommendations:
- no way to see how miles convert into an actual donation - is it $1 per mile? how much is a charity getting out of all this?
- the screen that displays while activity is underway is completely useless - enlarge the tracker and timer so it’s in the center of the screen at least, display a map, or find something inspirational to display
- it should be able to pick up GPS data from other activity tracking apps on the phone or not require the app to be running the entire time in order to track activity - see the Pacer app as an example of a third-party activity app that does thisShow lessgldngaze
Fixes don’t work
I am a walker and I walk 5 miles throughout the day and sometimes more. My Fitbit logged 33 Miles this week. Charity Miles gave me credit for a total of 9. It keeps shutting down and asks me if I want to start a walk when I already started earlier in the day. When I check my status it has disappeared and I have gotten no credit at all for some days.
They told me to delete the app and reload but the app tells me I will lose all my data. I hate to lose my 800 Miles that I have put on.

Wish it would work with my Fitbit
I don’t always have my phone on my but sync my Fitbit on my phone quite frequently. It’s a shame it doesn’t work with my Fitbit because I will have raised lots of money already! Please do this!Tot1990
