Quick Access Doesn’t Work
The app itself is fine, but quick access doesn’t work. Every time I go to set it up, it asks me to enter a pin, then re-enter to confirm. A window then pops up that says “There was a problem.” with no other information. I used to be able to login with my fingerprint, but now for some reason can’t even login with a pin. Fix the bugs and the rating will be higher.Show lessWillMoe96

I think this is a great app but as of lately I am having issues logging on my account even though I know it’s accurate. Having to uninstall to reinstall is ridiculous. I know my password is correct to and I can’t even change that! Altra has always come thru so why all the dysfunctional things altra?!Show lessJamzsta

App crashes constantly. It always seems to have log in issues, especially when you need it most. Just a poorly designed app that has several operating issues, better off using your cell to call the automated line. #dumpsterfireSprigz

I’ve tried now for about a week to sign up as a new enrollee and I get as far as the user ID and password and everytime I try to submit my new first time user ID and password it times out no matter how fast I type it in!!! Once I was able to type really fast and still says timed out!!! This can’t be right this needs to be fixed!!!Show lessSlmbtexas
Excellent Functionality
Has everything I need. Send Money allows me to transfer funds in real-time, something you can’t get from the big banks. Check Deposit is awesome too. Reliability is second to none, keep up the good work Altra!BuckyB1960
Can’t log in on app *fixed*
Update: I did what the developer response said and logged out of the account by clicking “Not you?” And put my login information again and it logged me on.
I feel a notice should be put out so that others know they need to do this to resolve their issue. I would not have known if I didn’t read the comments on this app.

Like others, ever since the update I cannot log in. I can log into the desktop website just fine with the exact same login, yet the app always has a problem. It’s useless right now. Needs a fix asap, especially since others are having this issue.Show lesssingsprite
Update is terrible
I used to use this app everyday and since the newest update happened, it will not allow me into my account. Every try the message comes up as “There was problem logging you in. Please try again later.” The same log in and password work online so the app is not worth having anymore. I am so disappointed as this was my go to to make payments and transfers in between accounts. I hope they update this issue soon or I will have to consider changing institutions.Show lesssandbakkenb
Excellent App!
I love my banking app :) and I love Altra. I can easily transfer between accounts between with my family even in line at the store. Family and friends that don’t have Altra I use send money on the app, I enter their phone number, amount, boom done it sends them a text to accept with their debit card and it credits their account immediately. I used to use Venmo for that but now I can do it all on the Altra app. All the stuff about the update they post instructions everywhere to get around the error and your good after the first time.Show lessUnix8796
Best financial ever
I’ve been an Altra member for about 12-13 years, it was recommended by a coworker. I’ve belonged to banks that changed ownership several times and couldn’t get hold of a customer service human, just impossible to deal with. Altra has to be the warmest place in Wisconsin and they transfer that warmth to their local offices. They answer their phones. They are so patient with my sometimes dumb questions, especially when it comes to security issues. I get really excitable about security and they listen and answer my questions. There could not be a better financial institution in the country.Show lessEDunc
New Update is Terrible
The new update is terrible. I can’t view my transaction history. It keeps turning off the “Quick Balances”. When I try to turn it back on it says I’ve reached my limit when I’ve only clicked on one. I shouldn’t even have to click on one, but it keeps resetting it. I tried to turn off the “ Quick Access” mess and it said “ Unable, try again later”. I liked it the old way. I now have to go online just to view my transaction history. Just terrible. The app was so I didn’t have to get online. 😐Show lessItalianBri
