The app has a glitch when shopping
Not sure if you have many complaints on this subject but every time I am scrolling a category (ex. Dresses), and I decide to view a specific item on that specific category so that I may see the details of the item, and I decide that I want to return to the category and I press on the specific item it will take me easily to view the item with no problem. The problem is when I press the arrow to take me back to the category I was watching, the app takes me back to top section of that category. It’s extremely aggravating and frustrating that it doesn’t allow you to continue where you left off and/or allow you to scroll down. In some instances the app will just scroll up automatically even though your attempting to view other items. Something must be done to fix this glitch in your program. I know I’m not the only one suffering with this app because my sister is complaining about the same thing. You will lose a lot of business if people can’t shop easily. This glitch is frustrating and annoying. I keep my shopping to a minimum due this issue.

Ease of searching…
The ease of searching items is almost perfect where it gives you many options to locate what item(s) are available which is great! Although I find it can be a little too specific at times such as, searching for sale item(s) the results will indeed show sale items as well as reg priced, or only show a few specific sale items. Perhaps the website or myself need a little adjusting. Most likely It’s myself who doesn’t have the patience to figure it out. It’s great website but can be frustrating at times.

Please fix reviews issue on APP
Hi,
Overall the Bloomingdale's APP is ok. However, I would appreciate if it was viewable in both vertical and horizontal layout. Also, when I recently reviewed an item I was only able to see one line of my review. It would be nice to be able to re read/ proof read my entire review in a expanded multi line format before sending. I hope you take this into consideration and update on the APP. Thanx

Loyalist Promotional cards
I bought two Qualifying items(as stated on the App) for earning a $20 gift card, even receiving an email “confirming” I Earned it, even assigning it a card #.
There Was a note that I Would receive an additional email with redemption Instructions, for the card, Which only had a 30 day expiration date. I waited and waited, for that email, even checked my Spam folder, and other emails from Bloomingdale’s emails, but no sign.
I finally decided to call to double check on this situation because I was interested in making a new purchase, and wanted to use my “earned” $20 store gift card. I was told it was “Possible” that my Purchased items, That were shown to Qualify on the App/Purchase, originally, gave me a 0 balance for Gift cards, and then my Loyalist Account balance also showed Zero Gift Cards available.
I was Sent the email telling me I Earned the $20, but no Additional information about Why I Never Really Earned my $20 gift card.
This is a Shoddy way to “Reward” “Loyalist Members”
The customer Service rep Was sympathetic, but was frustrated too, that this situation keeps happening, alienating Loyal(ist) Customers.
This Situation should be Clearly Defined and Prevented from occurring again (& again)
I am Now Skeptical about This type of promotion and maybe Others too!!
I would like a Follow up about this situation, especially as a Long term Loyalist member

This use to be a good app to use.
Once a upon a time, the Bloomingdale’s app was great to use. Especially when tracking your loyalist points and reward money earned. I was able to make a payment on the app and now I can’t do that anymore. This is very infuriating for me for, I can’t even make a payment online through the Bloomingdale’s website either. I basically have 3 choices which are send by mail, make a payment in store or make a payment by phone. This app needs major updates and improvements.

They don’t have items they advertise
This is the third time I order something and they don’t have the item.
I ordered shoes to pick up same day at Beverly Center, which isn’t close to me, and when I got there they informed they don’t have the shoes and there was nothing they could do
Twice I’ve order items for same day delivery and they cancel the orders after I’ve paid saying there’s nothing they can do.
I ordered something for Father’s Day and apparently they use door dash. The carrier decided not to leave my package at the door like every other package I receive. I wasn’t contacted and they simply cancelled again. When I called customer service they said again there’s nothing they can do and they’ll see if they can refund the delivery charge. I asked to speak with a supervisor because it’s not the first time and the representative said no.
It’s completely unacceptable for a place like Bloomingdale’s to have to many issues and don’t make things right by their customers.
I for one will not be ordering online anymore from them.

App not opening
I got an email my order is being shipped and now the app won’t let me log in . Gave me a number to call since my password isn’t wrong and I got a voice machine telling me to only reset my password . App keeps crashing and i asked to speak to someone and ended up being silent for 5-6 seconds then the call ended from the voice automatic machine . Hope the online site works fine with my account.

Checkout issues: Store Mode
Hi, hoping you can please fix the checkout issues I have been experiencing. I am unable to check out on both the Bloomingdale’s app and the Bloomingdale’s website under my loyalist account. I created a second loyalist account in order to resolve the issue. This worked once and then the issue proceeded. When I cannot check out, I leave Bloomingdale’s and go onto another website to order an item. The only other option is to call customer service to place as an order. Unfortunately it takes a long time because they enter in all our information one by one. Hoping you can take a look at the issue and I look forward to better experience with Bloomingdale’s!

App is useless when in store
The one reason I would use this app in store is to price check an item to see if it has any sales, but for all of the 10 items I tried throughout the store there was always an error message or it said see an associate for price check. Really!? What’s the point of a price check app. Also the price check scanners throughout the store were all not working either. From Walmart I would expect this, from Bloomingdale’s I would not! This app is useless in my opinion.

Problems with the app
This app needs improvement. Once you click on “size” to make a selection, there is no way to actually select a size. The “Done” button does nothing. You are trapped in the scroll menu without being able to choose a size and must close out of the app altogether to escape it. The app also crashes frequently. I tried to place an order and most of the items were sold out by the time I finally made it to checkout. It was extremely frustrating. I will only be using the website from here on out.
