Infuriating customer service
Every single time I have purchased an item I’ve had to call and verify my information. This is now the fourth order I’ve purchased that has required verification over the phone, and my information has never changed. The customer service representatives have not been helpful at all, instead they keep on telling me to check my information and place my order again. And again, my information is correct. So I am on the phone again, trying to replace the order. Absolutely not what I would expect from Bloomingdales. This is now the fourth time I have been on the phone with customer service for almost an hour, and have concluded I just won’t be ordering anything from Bloomingdales in the future.

Items in Cart
My biggest complaint with this app - and its very inconvenient - is that I can’t go back and view the detailed page of the items I have in my cart. I’ll often scroll through black dresses, put a few in my cart to compare later, and then get frustrated when I can’t actually click into the full item description/enlarged pictures. Seems like such an easy fix/request.

Excellent service, fast delivery
I have ordered multiple items in the past few months .I received excellent speedy service. Bloomingdales has excellent customer service as well. Shopping using their app is very organized.

Quality brands, good incentives to purchase
I have been a loyal Bloomingdale’s shopper since the late 80’s. I love the quality brands including the variety from home to fashion. If I encountered a problem, customer service is efficient, very helpful, and most of all they sincerely do all that they can to make your experience better.
Cannot see PDF statements.
I recently unenrolled in paperless billing because I cannot see my statements. I even tried viewing them online and I cannot. I’m not sure if the reason I cannot see them online is because I am no longer enrolled in papers less billing. Nonetheless I cannot see PDF statements on my app. Please correct. I’d like to go paperless again.

Wishlist needs to be more seamless
When you add an item to your wishlist, you should just be able to press the heart and it should just add to your wishlist automatically but it asks what color and what size you want, which is annoying when you’re trying to shop for a certain item and trying to just breeze through. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

Love Bloomie’s; App is OK
I love shopping at Bloomingdales and the app makes that easier on the go, but there is some room for improvement with this app. There are not as many filtering options as other stores/apps which makes me need to scroll through a little longer to get through the options. Also, the share-by-text feature doesn’t automatically show a preview image in iMessages, which is inconvenient when I’m sharing items with friends. Other than that it’s a good app and a great store with nicely curated high quality clothing!!

Difficult to set up
I downloaded this app recently, and even though I already have a loyalist account, it wasn't able to carryover any of my contact information. Not only that, but when I placed my first order, I had to re-enter my mailing address, even though it was already associated with both the new account I was required to create, AND my loyalist account. Would be nice if the systems could connect, without all the data entry.

Decent App
The app does what it needs to overall to but in some area like My Loyalist, you should clearly be able to see when (list the date) future power points will convert into rewards versus just seeing thousands of points with no timeline of when they will convert over. The app also does not update with new balances, points timely enough. It should update at least twice a day.
