Unhelpful
Most basic informational needs are hard to find on this app if they’re there at all. They should follow the NYC developers and build a useful city app. Shameful in this day and age to be so lacking.Nothing gets done
Expect to wait over 2 months for any response. But let me guess “backed up because of covid” lol.. a jokePhilly 311 app keeps crashing on IOS 14
I’ve been using the app for a few years. The app used to work fine Until IOS 14 was rolled out. Now it just crashes when I try to open the app. I have removed and reinstalled a few times. Hopefully the developers will look into this issue. (Yes, I sent them a message....)User interface and usability
This is a great idea but the app is snail slow and the typography doesn’t have enough contrast and or size to be readable.App could be good. But lots of issues.
It is impossible to upload pictures of potholes, graffiti, etc. this is a must to helps crews identify the trouble area. Also when inputting text the app can be very cumbersome. The app had potential but needs some work. I do enjoy the updates it provides when you input a request.Glitchy
App freezes when I try to upload a photo. A little tricky to report stuff (it will often say “ Contact 311” —Isn’t that what we’re doing with this app?) but I have, on occasion, gotten some results using it.Buggy
Can’t add a picture, crashes, needs to be updated.311 Response
Poor service because too many chiefs at the top and not enough hard workers at the bottom. Hire more Philadelphians!COVID-19 Response
This app couldn’t be more of a waste of tax payers’ money if it tried. Absolutely horrific handling of Covid-19 violations and has almost certainly contributed to the spike in numbers.Latest version breaks when adding a photo
I can no longer submit requests with a photo. The freezes in the photo I select with no controls to move to the next screen.
