Takes too long
Takes too long to get anything done through this app. I’ve been reporting an abandoned car for more than 6 months and they closed my ticket. Someone finally got rid of the car in July, but just updated the app today (last week of August) that the ticket is closed because the vehicle was no longer in the area.Show lessjmac629
Doesn’t load

Help Improve The City
If u want action taken to improve/clean up something in Phila, then this app is a must-have.
I've had abandoned cars towed, rubbish removed, traffic lights fixed, graffiti removed, potholes filled, etc- all within a few days of reporting them, using this app. Choosing the correct category can be confusing at times though. Also, I did Not find this app through the App Store, by using search term 'Philly 311' so this needs to be fixed. I found it by doing a Google Search.Show lessJPSignShark
No delete option

I have used this app numerous times to report potholes and other issues. So far the city has been quick to respond and fix the issue while leaving comments of the progress in the app. Overall great experience!twain78

I reported a severe pothole depression over a month ago and still no result. Never mind this depression is on a heavily traveled road next to a bus/train terminal...Slay Tunes
