Needs an immediate overhaul
Requesting status on a case takes way too long to load. The app crashes often, and there's no way to send direct feedback about the crash. This app needs an immediate, complete overhaul. And, when something is closed, give reasons why.

Some issues w the app but response from the city is great!
The app has some glitches. For instance uploading a photo sometimes freezes it.
I have used the app for years and the response is terrific. Grafitti and abandoned cars and dumping are dealt w immediately - the next day even. Street repair is a disorganized (currupt? Inept? Useless?) department so if you get others to report the same issue, maybe the road will get repaired.Show less311 user
Still so buggy
I have photos of an issue that I can’t post. If you try to add one, it just opens the photo full screen with no interface elements so you can’t attach it or go back or anything. How do the developers even think this feature is supposed to work?itsemily

Notification Badge Bug
Great app but please fix the bug with the notification badge. Even after viewing all new notifications, a red badge persists on the app icon as if there were still new messages.iWilldrinkyourmilkshake

Crashy
I’ve gotten somewhat good service from the city: mostly residential maintenance problems such as overgrown yards and abandoned cars. My most serious complaint is that the app crashes too often. It’s time for an upgrade.ghklgdsevbmujn
Crashes to the point it’s not usable
The app crashes when you attempt to type in the REQUIRED fields. You can’t actually submit anything because you can’t type in the required fields. I wish there was a 311 app to report the problems with the 311 app.iCrashCrashCrash
Needs a lot of work
Please improve this App. It’s awful! At minimum need a feature to allow you to view all of your requests after submitting. Also not everyone uses Facebook so logging in with FB Doesn’t work for all. Many bugs in this app too. Please make it better. This is an important way to communicate with our city management. Thank you!
