Abandoned Car
I’ve tried to upload a photo of the car, tags, and expired Inspection Stickers and it keeps freezing. I can’t get out of it, the whole app freezes. One big Glitch!!!LottiedaLottiedee
Photo option defective
When I select a photo to upload on an IOS device, there is no way to go any further. This is a recent bug. It used to be possible to upload and continue. Fatal flaw.N19103
Basic functions broken for months

Twice I’ve submitted the same problem. Both times they said the work was completed but it wasn’t. I think it’s whoever they send out who are lying but I could be wrong.SouloCutz

Good tool, poor service
I just want a pothole repaired. They closed the request because the pothole needs an address? I’m sorry the pothole does not have a business address... I provided the street and the location on the map and a description.

Broken interface
I used to be a to upload a picture for abandoned cars but now that function is broken. It initially says I have no photos and when I choose Library photos it upload s and covers the entire screen. You can move back or forward. I tried reloading the app and it doesn’t work.Deedog 73
Feature to add photos is broken
When selecting a photo to add to a 311 request, the photo appears full screen
on the app and the app interface disappears. There’s no way to move to the next screen or do anything but force quit the app at that point. I tested with a adding a photo to a new submission and adding a photo as a comment to an existing submission.
