  • Update is trash

    Now you can only send one photo and they don’t even show you your photo history .. how am I suppose to know what photos I’ve already sent ?! And then they say it’s tracking but there’s no tracking on the photos !!! Let alone the history of photos already sent
  • New Update.

    I hate the new update, it’s way more confusing .. plus they took away the option to send two pictures (the big one and the small one on the top) that’s so dumb, I wish I never updated the app. Also, I hate how you can only either purchase 1 credit, 10 or 15 .. why not make it to where we can choose the # we want manually, I’m never buying 20 credits .. I rather manually enter in my card # 5 times, but I guess that’s their trick to make you purchase more. When a new app comes out better than this one, this one will be deleted. Will never use again.

  • Great idea! Can’t get it to work!

    I’m mot sure if anyone really uses this app!!! I just downloaded it. I find it NOT user friendly and I can’t even figure out how to make a postcard! Super frustrating and I was excited about this! Let me know when this app is working and user friendly. 🥲

  • Wonderful

    What a great app for families and our loved ones incarcerated! I just sent my third one. He received the first in five days and when he called I could tell how much it cheered him up seeing pictures of his daughter. Since the jail rules have changed and they literally can’t have anything sent to them except postcards this app has been such a blessing.

  • Great app. Great service.

    I use this app to send postcards to my son’s friends, as a way to support the company. Now I’m sending postcards to my family members who are not in prison. My aunt LOVES these.
  • We’re very happy with this app!

    My friend loves getting photo postcards from me. She writes me back every time I send her a postcard. Thank you for making this app and making it so easy to send love to my friend!

    The only thing that’s missing is an option to save a draft. Sometimes, I accidentally go back all the way and lose everything I wrote.

  • These are great!

    I love this app!!! I send these to my daughter and she loves them. They are good quality prints, much better than the J-pay ones according to her. She shows them off and people are always asking her where I get them. I had never heard of this myself until I was looking up Covid-19 info at the prison and saw a link for two free Flikshops. Ever since then- I am hooked! Thank you Marcus and Marcus’ mom especially:)

    One problem is can you put an option for a return address I don’t want to put my home address
  • How to contact when an issue....

    When a system glitch occurs and it locks your account for no reason, you only have an email to contact them and then the waiting game. Until they answer to reset your account that occurred after you purchased credits, which also gave an error and it purchased 80 instead of 20, you can create but when you hit send you will see that you account is locked. If the customer service was quick this rating would be a 10 if you could rate that high. Still waiting on a response.
