My Albertsons market is the best starting with their employees. There’s always someone to help me find an item, seriously. There’s many ways to get a deal; sale items for the week, U - points, Signature items bought, etc. when your a member and get the App.
The Cashiers are helpful too, friendly and yes they have long hard work days but they still smile as they work… when I ask “ how are you doing?” I’m really interested (as I’m retired). The bagger’s don’t fail me either, they pack well and light in wt. for me. Does Albertsons send them to “how to pack smart” class ?😊
Sometimes they might be out of an item, that’s ok , speaking to the Manager solves that. So this is my review. I’m in a new area (3yrs) getting to know my stores and I’m also just me in my older years 71yrs.
So I appreciate the smiles I get. I feel welcomed. So take care and God Bless.

Great store easy to get around love the specials

Love the app!

Albertson’s app is so easy to access and locate things. However, I can’t seem to find the login button link, and there is absolutely no error message when I try to use the already have an account use this link. I’d enter my credentials and I get an existing email and phone number is already tied to an existing account message. I can’t seem to reinstall the app as well. I was directed to delete the app and try reinstalling it. I did as I was told, even shut down my phone and turned it back on to try and reinstall the app and nothing. My guess is there is a glitch somewhere and it might also have to do with the weather or maintenance being done but no message that says scheduled maintenance. All I see is the sign up button link and that’s it. Please fix this.

Still can’t log in!!!! WHEN U GONNA FIX IT???

When are you going to fix this app??? I STILL can’t log in to the pharmacy! When I try to log in, it just keeps looping me back to the “create an account” page! It was never a great app but at least I used to be able to order my prescriptions with this app. It frequently got stuff wrong but at least it worked some of the time. Now it’s just COMPLETELY USELESS!! I might need to change pharmacies because of this useless app. It’s extremely inconvenient to not have an app to use at the pharmacy you use for ALL your prescriptions! I previously wrote a negative review and the developer told me to contact them under HELP in the app!!! WHAT???!!! I CANT LOG IN TO THE APP!!!! WHICH MEANS I CAN GO TO HELP IN THE APP!! I CANT DO ANYTHING WITH THE APP!

DEAR APP DEVELOPER: I’ve looked at your recent reviews and you have LITERALLY TONS of negative reviews due to multiple issues with this app! I don’t understand why you don’t just fix the app but instead continue to lie to all of us Albertsons customers and say that you care and tell us to jump thru hoops to try to contact YOU!!! JUST BELIEVE US AND FIX THE ISSUES!!!

App great but!!!

I can’t use my phone number in the store because it is linked to an old email address and I can’t change/update the email on the app. I tried to call customer service but have stayed on hold for over 45 minutes and the in store customer service hasn’t been able to help either. They tell me to call customer service. Ughhh, I’ve tried that more than once but no one ever answers. The music just loops telling me what a valuable customer I am.
I have the cashier scan my Albertsons wallet for discounts but they constantly tell me I have to enter my phone number. We go back and forth with me telling them it doesn’t work but the wallet works without the phone number. It’s very frustrating. I always try to go to Ms. Mary at the Airline/Old Hammond location in Baton Rouge because she’s wonderful and knows how it works. She should be y’all’s employee of the century for her customer service skills and store knowledge.

it’s adding random charge to my visa

UPDATE: been trying to update the app for two days now. it just spins and and spins. all other apps update fine. ipad mini 6, latest os. …………………………………………previous review (last week): i am buying food only with ebt, tip using visa. twice now app wants to add a random fee to the visa. once $23, the other day $19. it itemizes at the end, then just slaps on a random amount. i called the store and they removed it at checkout, but i don’t want to keep doing that. it’s cause me to finally sign up with other stores who deliver so u don’t have to rely on albertsons. devs, you may want to prioritize the bug…

ok i tried your “solution.” the “need help” section in the app? it’s broken. first, it says “i don’t understand, use fewer words.” so i say THE APP IA ASDING A RANDOM CHARGE TO MY ORDER. it says “are you looking for “the app is giving me an error?” but i can’t choose that. or anything else. because the alignment is off and the bottom for next is completely off the page to my right. i can pull it and see it but it bounces back. and anyway, it’s a robot. i am not asking for a chatty cathy exchange. i’m saying the devs need to look at my logs, find the problem, and fix it. why aren’t you emailing me for that log? i know the time and day (of the second one, anyway).

Thank you Albertsons staff

Today I was in the Fletcher store today with my husband, we had to call 9-11 as he was having heart issues. All the staff and even the pharmacist came and assured us she knew CPR as we waited for the ambulance. I was panicking, everything was in slow motion as I ran to the self check out clerk to ask for a defibrillator while calling 9-11. Even the r phone ringing to 9-11 was long and slow motion. Everyone realized my panic and came to help. Even the sweet kid at Starbucks came with water for both of us. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for this to happen; aside from a hospital of course. People were running to get a chair, others scrambled to find a defibrillator, mean while the manager is there just as concerned as if he were a family member. Could the food prices be cheaper? Sure but this kind of care would not have happened at food for less. You get what you pay for, and I’m forever grateful for everyone that helped us during this very scary event. Da

wont let me into my actual account

UPDATE:i finally realized it’s not very smart. i got into the *app* at first using my phone number. that’s not being in my freshpass account. it should be because it has my number, but it’s not. it thought i was some stranger. so i tried to give the rest of my info in”my account” but it said oh no, your email is already used. (yes, by me. grrrr). solution: log out (of whoever it thought i was, it had my phone number the whole time i’ve been a member) and login with my *email and password.* that worked. (i also closed all safari tabs and cleared the cache and website data before the email login.) so weird how it knows my email and password, and my phone number and address. it knows they are all my account. but i can’t neither use number to sign in nor does it tell me i need to use email. i had to figure it out myself, which i only did after thinking about if for a couple hours (i’m not that smart either). try starting fresh and be sure to use email to get into your account (if you already have one).

They still can't figure out the tip

Looks like tips are still calculated off of the pre-discount pre-sale post-tax total. This means that a 5% tip comes out higher than 6% sales tax sometimes significantly so. That isn't the worst part. If the delivery cancels items and the total goes down, the tip doesn't. So there is no incentive for the delivery person to even try to get your order right. Tips are supposed to be a reward for a job well done and are not an entitlement. Tips should be paid after the delivery is complete and should reflect the care and attention to detail of the delivery person. I have given very generous tips to people who take pride in their job. It burns me however, that a simple programming feat such as calculating a tip from the pre-tax total after discounts is beyond Albertsons.

Pharmacy

I do not like this new pharmacy app. You don’t know what to refill and it’s all confusing. Please put back the way it was. It never tells you when your medication is ready and I have call to see if ready . Pharmacy in Corinth Texas has gone down hill and also since Greg manager passed away store has gone down. Rude hateful managers Bethany which doesn’t know what she is doing Blonde headed manager acts like she can’t wait on you never smiles does not need to be in customer service. I know I work in customer service. The tall black girl manager is the most help . Also Carla is the rudest hateful person in there. She never acknowledges you are says thank you. I have going to this store for 20 years and she needs to be let go. Please take in consideration that Greg was a good manager and was always helpful. You need to get some decent managers in here Thank you
