Family options keeps disappearing. Unable to transfer data to the router

Works everywhere in the UK - even my home in an old manor house where others don’t reach. Also I lost my phone (later retrieved it) when in the US and EE not only cancelled service for me but had a new SIM with the same number waiting for me when I returned to UK - LOVE these guys!!!!Never works!

Very simple and easy to use to quickly check my usage and how much I've got left till my pack renews, or to occasionally top up if needed.New version seems to erase my data allowance
I have a 500mb data allowance thanks to boosts and the like, which is shown when I renew my pack. If I try to go on the app following after I’ve used more than 100mb (the basic data pack allowance), it says I’ve used everything and my data no longer works. I have to renew the pack despite not having exhausted my limit. This has happened twice now, and it’s always immediately after I open the app.Show lessPerformance review

The design is pretty good (although having to redirect to the website to see some info is annoying) but more than anything it is irritating that I now have to type in my password every time instead of using Touch Authentication.Although hand the update has made it annoying
Previous Version would either automatically sign you in or allow Touch ID. This version does neither and you have to type your password every time. Also most things used to be done through the app, now it just keeps taking you to external links for which you need to sign in again. Signing in twice in app and through external links renders this app pointlessShow lessTerrible
It is either a "there was a problem, it's not you it's us" error message or the app telling me I have no signal despite having a 4g connection. So far, I haven't been able to use the app since the update!
