I just loaded the app yesterday, and I cannot access it. I'm using an iPhone 12 with VoiceOver, the screen reader for the visually impaired. I tried it on my husband's phone first, and I got the same experience as if it was unable to load. Then somehow when I checked it the next day, it loaded and the screen reader was able to read it. I don't know what made the change. But I am unable to load it on mine. The only difference is that his phone isn't iPhone 13 Pro Max. I've noticed on the desktop website that when you want to go to the weekly ads or coupons, it seems to take you to a third-party page. Even if you thought you signed in separately already when you went to the initial page, it seems to want to make you sign in again. Are there now two different sign in places? I wonder if this is kind of complicating the process when it comes to loading the app.

Can’t log in!

I just got a new phone and downloaded the Foods Co app. I am unable to log in and I even just changed my password on the Kroger website. Nothing!
I’m looking at other reviews and see that I’m not the only one.
Bad updates or whatever. Just not good.

Does not work

App does not work. I can’t get signed in. I try and gives me an error every time. Says there’s a problem with my email.

Poorly coded.

You would think with how big the franchise is, that they would have quality control on their app. Selecting to see the daily ad, it hardly works ever! Now, it just dosnt work. I’m reminded not to even go to the store when I check the app. It’s already not the best supermarket anyway.

Not able to log in

Recently switched over to iPhone.
I had a Galaxy Note before and had absolutely no problems with the app.
On iPhone however I’m not even able to log in.

Why Advertise If You Can’t Offer

Downloaded the app for the first time today to clip some coupons, but it doesn’t even work. Waste my time.

Trash!

Inconsistent. When looking up weekly specials on the app, it takes you to web app. Always asking you for your location when it’s already set in your profile. There’s a reason one downloads the app so one can conduct everything on the app. Not for it to go out of the app and go on the website. Trash! You can do better.

App Not Working Properly

The app isn’t syncing properly. I can’t access my list or save to my list on the app but can if I log in through a web browser. Pls fix asap.

Unable to use app

I had used the app for years with no problems until the most recent update a couple months ago! Now I can’t log into the app not even after resetting my password! Instead I have to go to the website and even there I have to reset my password every time! So frustrating! I’ve contacted customer service and they send me a link but I still have same issues! Someone needs to look into the bugs and get them fixed!
