  • Finally found it

I’m one of those people that have been browsing throughout different streaming services to find that spot where I feel comfortable with having yoga/hiit/mobility all in one place and it doesn’t feel money waste. I’m doing the free trial now and we’ll see if it keeps me motivated enough to continue with it. Spoiler: i think it will :)

  • Love love love

What a treat to practice with amazing leaders in my own home. I have quit the gym and focus now on my practice and have gained strength and discipline from doing what I love, thanks Alo!
  • I like this app

Such a great idea to have fitness, Yoga and meditation in your fingertips. I like the verity of the exercise and the high quality of videos. Good instructors too. You have what you need.
Also, The environment that exercise is being filmed is brilliant. It’s nice and full of light. It gives me energy.

  • Inspiring and diverse class styles

I love alo moves! Yoga/meditation were always on the peripheries of my mind, but I never fully embraced them. I picked up alo moves because I was interested in the 21 Days yoga series by Briohny Smith (found out via Instagram). Honestly I’ve been in the app almost every day since. And, I’m so happy to be practicing every day because of genuine interest and feeling supported by the instructors in the classes I’ve taken. It’s amazing how they can do that even though I’ve never taken a class with any of them in person!

The reason for my 4 star rather than 5 is because of 1) a recent app upgrade they’ve made where they redesigned the home page and I miss the large hero images that pointed out new classes and 2) Wish there the community feature had more to it.

  • Love this app

I tried this app on a whim because I had heard it was the best yoga app out there and I was missing my in person yoga classes. I am so glad I did. I have been using for about 6 weeks now and it has really helped me amp up my yoga practice. I have been an avid yogi for years but my practice was stale because the classes at my gym, while enjoyable, are too repetitive and do not push me in new directions. Getting more of a challenge and having many different types of yoga classes available has gotten me more excited about yoga again. I can already see improvements in my strength - I had been working handstands for over a year on my own but I’ve progressed immensely in the last month through more focus and quality training. I will definitely be keeping my subscription even when the gym reopens.

  • Login doesn’t work

Trying to login on with FB on iPad and nothing happens.
  • Cancel membership doesn’t work

Cancelled my membership but it didn’t work and now I can’t get a refund.
  • Fantastic app

Cody app has been a great addition to my fitness practice - so many fantastic trainers.
  • Cody is mostly awesome

I use Cody everyday to log my yoga workouts. It's quick and simple to use, just needs a few polishes to get 5 stars. Editing your posts after posting and being able to see all your stats, not just the last week would make it even more awesome.
  • User Friendly and functional

I've tried a whole lot of apps to track my exercise programme progress, and this is by far the most user friendly and functional that I have found. The added bonus of the "Cody Community" is inspiring and motivational!
