Can't retrieve my booking
I made a booking yesterday online. Now I've tried to sign in to the app with my EuroBonus details and also use my booking number and last name to retrieve my booking. In both cases I get an error message. Terrible app.
Messed up all our names?
Double, tripple, quad checked everything was correct before booking and now when finished i note that both me and the daughter who has middle names have our completely messsed up?! Note from angry review comments this happened to someone 4 years ago but so dont seem very quick to fix.. no easy chat function with Customer Service so now have to call and waste more time to find out if its just a display error or if the booking was corrupted. Not impressed.

Simple and easy!
The app is very easy to use. Easily accessible. I’ve been booking through this app for over two years now. I can even check when my family members are travelling. However it doesn’t often show you, they need to fix that.
Only good for check-in
Seriously, can’t book with it, can’t change anything about your reservation with it. All this is good for is checking in and getting an e-ticket

As per the many other users who have wasted hours of their lives - this is utter rubbish.
I can only assume that no one at the airline ever bothers to read these reviews or they would hopefully do something about it - like fire their IT director and get a decent development team to fix this.
I worked in IT all my life and have tried dozens of ways to try and get this to find my reservation so I can simply check in. I have the loyalty number, I have the billing ref, I have the email verification of my booking. No combination works.
So I give up. I will delete this and probably never fly SAS again.

Waste of time
This is a very poorly designed and executed app. I want to book a business class long haul trip, but it is not possible to select a booking class through the app, so it is useless to me. What were they thinking?
What’s the point
I use SAS literally once a month and it’s crazy that you can’t book on the US version of the app. Don’t get it all. What’s the point then. Might as well just do it in your browser

The app is very great and easy to manage. Gives alert which is an awesome factor and I love it.
