Useless as it won’t log me in

I have an SAS account and can log into the web site. The app tells me I need to sign up for Eurobonus before it will log me in. When I try to sign up, it says “this user already has an account.” The web site sent me my boarding pass, but I can’t view or send the passes for my traveling companions. The Delta app is not good, but at least it works.

Useless - Just use the website

A total waste of time and energy. So frustrating. I couldn’t get anything done. I had to go tothe website to tick the loyalty program subscription they asked me to have to check in. Then I wasn’t able to check in, it kept timing out/ giving me errors. I checked in using the site, hoping it would update on the app and let me have the boarding pass on my phone wallet. But the app doesn’t update and the status of my booking said that I hadn’t checked in (which freaked me out a bit) Summing it up, just save yourself the time and frustration and use their website.

Flawless

International checkin and boarding pass worked super easy. Was able to check in while in my Uber to the airport. No account or login required. Went straight to security at LAX. Nice!

Don’t waste another second of your life......

This is a truly dreadful app, not even deserving of one star. It won’t log you in and despite a call to customer services, who assured me that my Eurobonus card was linked to an account, it still doesn’t work. If I try to re-register, it says I already have an account. You will never get back the minutes or hours you spend trying to get this to work, so don’t bother with it. I am not ‘technologically challenged ‘ as a previous smug and sanctimonious reviewer described people who have had trouble with this app. Steer clear!

Look at American

Fairly useless app. Doesn’t really add anything to ease my travels. Have a look at American Airlines app - that’s really good!
For instance live tracking of your bags making it into the cargo hold of the plane...

Could not change any information. Also didn’t know my booking.

Can't even use it

I am already a registered member on the SAS website. I downloaded the SAS app and I tried to open it but it says 'you need to be a eurobonus member.' I tried to log in with the details of my membership for the SAS website and it still said you need to be a eurobonus member.
I try to 'open an account' as a eurobonus member then and it says 'that account already exists.'
Don't quit your day job people.

Terrible

What a terrible app. Couldn’t open my boarding pass even... worse than the website.

Rubbish user experience

This airline app is functional. That’s about as positive as it gets. For frequent flyers using SAS it is a really poor user experience. It doesn’t use any of the passenger information from the profile to auto populate API or add loyalty programme information when you check in. No, you’ll have to add this information manually each time you check in. Noddy stuff that SAS hasn’t figured out. It’s as if it’s been designed by monkeys who have never used the app to test the user experience. Whoever designed it should hang their heads in shame.

The worst app I’ve ever come across

This app is the most useless piece of cr*p I’ve ever come across. Literally nothing works. I took me 30 minutes to even figure out how to log in, and after an hour of trying it’s not even able to find my boarding pass (I had to check in I my computer cause it didn’t work on the app, but even after doing so it still can’t find my booking). It’s ridiculous how such a large company, in 2018, can’t manage to develop an app that works. I won’t fly with them again. Going to bed now as I have to set my alarm early so I can find an Internet cafe in the morning to print out my boarding pass. Yuck!
