Login unsuccessful or session expired
Waited over 10 minutes on the phone and no answer. Very upset with the app for I was attempting to charge at a charging station mid trip. After 30 minutes trying to figure it out for the first time, I was not able to charge due to “session time out” or unable to login due to invalid login, reset password 2 times and reloaded with $25. Thank god. The awful Greenlots app has been completely overhauled. Miscellaneous errors and not displaying fees are gone, it actaully looks like a modern 21st century app.kriispykareem
