This app seems to be a long way behind offering the kind of functionality provided by similar apps from other airlines, so for example you cannot manage or view you account, you cant check in without reverting to a browser, you can't download your boarding pass .. very limited use, you may as well just stick to a browser since you're going to need it anywayShow lessPhilC32
Buggy
Press Reader link no longer works. Asks to install Press Reader but it is installed. Also when you copy your FF number from a password manager and paste it into the login page it double pastes and doesn't work correctly.Another10$Lost
Buggy and unusable
Can't book flights or even check availability- won't allow me to enter any dates so completely unusable.
App also closes randomly and it's very annoying that you have to enter your name and pin every time, even just to check availability.

Lagging Behind other Airlines
The Qantas app has very limited functionality when compared to the other international airlines I fly. While flying United isn't always fun, their apps are always well ahead of the crowd. Check it out Qantas and keep up with the competition.Dockerdan
Very Frustrating
This app does not work. When trying to book flights the app would not allow me to change any information apart from departure and arrival destinations. It would not allow me to change the dates of my flights, whether I wanted a return or one way flight, and wouldn't allow me to search for flight availability. I tried closing the app and trying agin several times, even turned my phone on and off again, but the same thing happened every time. I deleted the app in frustration and will try using the website instead.Show lessMC1897
NOT an app
All they've done is mirror the horrible mobile site. Nothing works properly, can't do multi-city, "sale" flights end up giving error codes if you actually try to book them. Pathetic.Roniniku

Responsive to new features
Great to see Qantas being responsive to new features such as Passbook and now Watch. I already use this to board planes with my phone but now will be able to board with my Watch too and phone can stay in my pocket!Jordan Millar
Forgets all my flights
I went London -> Sydney -> Cairns -> Brisbane -> Sydney -> London and it made it to cairns ok but will not remember last two legs. I added 3 times now and it forgot :(
It won't do passbook for international flights which is annoying or online checkin for international flights. For internal flights it is usable if you add your booking at the last second and check in then you can add to passbook fairly usefully but it's still very annoying to use.Show lessChrisd1981
